Relatively basic and outdated furnishings, short bed. Poor wifi connection in the room.

Excellent location, good air conditioning system coping well with an ongoing heatwave, altogether a functional place to stay.

The hotel could do with a little TLC. The corridors and the rooms smelt a bit musty.

The location to the main train station was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room size and shower were good. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom was full with other people's hair, things were not refilled, no proper blanket, the bed was quite uncomfortable, the electric sockets and switches were missing or not working properly. Not well sound isolated (i could hear the alarm from the other room and man's yawn). There's no proper lock on the door.

The location is convenient and the room is spacious.

Great location, just behind the train station and a short walk into town. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were great and friendly. Decent breakfast buffet in the morning.

The room was in great need of decoration. The wallpaper was falling off the walls and had been patched. No kettle or coffee machine in room. Had to ask many times for pillows, toilet rolls, etc. The room was not made up on two occasions and when we spoke to reception, they just shrugged. It was late at night and we really needed the room and it’s essential like loo roll to be in place after a long day! Although most reception staff were friendly and helpful, the one on the Saturday night was rude to us and tried to charge us for water, which other staff had previously given us for free. Finally, the price was inflated due to the F1 weekend in imola. Maybe it was worth its normal rate, but it certainly wasn’t worth this.

The location is excellent for the station, and for the F1, but we did see someone have their handbag stolen outside. The room was large. There was a fridge. The bathroom was tiled with marble. Great wardrobes. The room was light, with windows.

The TV was too small. The shower was small, with strange doors. The breakfast was not what I expected, there was only cold food, and not many things to choose from.

The Hotel is near the central station. The staff can hold your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The hotel advertises that it has WiFi throughout the hotel. It did not work in our room on the first floor and we could only get internet access if we were in reception, which was very inconvenient.

The location was very convenient as it is near the railway station and a 15 minute walk to the main piazza. The breakfast was good with everything fresh and a good selection. The staff were friendly and efficient.

The room needed a bit of care and maintenance. The blinds in the bathroom were damaged and couldn't close properly, leaving us very visible to neighbouring buildings. The Queen bed was made up of two firm beds pushed together being very uncomfortable down the middle. With these negatives, we felt the price was budget friendly.

The location to the train and town center was fantastic. The staff were amazing. They was very friendly, helpful and happy. We stayed here for one night as we were changing trains and wanted to see a little bit of the area. It was great for one night.

The room was very cold, the central climatic didn't work, pillow was not comfortable and not clean, there was only one blanket, from the reception they asked us when we go out to leave the key in the reception which is ridiculous.

The room wallpaper was old and dilapidating.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Helped with all requests. Location was ideal for travel by train and also convenient to the city center. towels and linens were changed daily. Decent breakfast.
