You could hear a bit of the noise from outside, especially at night since the hotel is on the main street and nearby a pizzeria. The savory choices for breakfast could use more variety and the Müsli is missing! They could also put a water station for dogs in front of the hotel so dog guests can also have a drink if they are thirsty.

We stayed at our hotel for 11 nights and enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky to park just beside the hotel since there were available slots when we arrived. It was convenient for us to come and go, especially when we went on excursions. The rooms are air-conditioned, cleaned daily and are of a good size. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and were of a good size for a good night's rest The staff was nice, friendly and attentive to the customer's needs, especially the breakfast room staff. There was buffet breakfast everyday with a variety of cakes and brioches. The location is great, very close to the beach, both public and paid. Outside, there are activities for the children (paid) in the evenings like carousel, bump cars and trampoline. The hotel also has partnerships with some restaurants and you can get a discount if you dine there.

Ants in the room, mold in the shower, our room for 3 felt like a cellar, the room we reserved looked nothing like any of the rooms in the photos.

There is no pool on site. And where the hotel give tickets to go was free until 12.00 then £4 per child.

Our room was with sun rising view, that was amazing. Staff very polite, always smiling and happy to help. Many restaurant around and you can eat with £10 and with £40 PP. Long and white sand beach, clubs 👌 😎. We may go again.

If you a family of 4, the room is not big enough....

We had a great experience, location was great, you were able to walk to everything, didn't need the car. Staff were very nice and helpful 👍 My only problem was check out when I had to pay cash for what I charged my room and she refused to give me a print out for what I was charged.

The room is too small. It's old hotel, the owner just do some make up, change the doors and some equipment, and of course they renovate the lobby and the reception corner. But for example in my room was skirtings with holes! See the picture, if need the proof of that.The other questions is beach services, for use a shower or just wash your legs against sand you must have the jetons, that strange, because for example in Grado, at the beach with free access that service free for all, another things - we was in the end of the season and personal completely turn off the shower at the beach...

The location is good, in the heart of the strip and the beach located just a cross of the street . Personal was good, especially cleaning service. The breakfast was normal, they always try to do the best. The matrasses are normally, pillows and sheets too. Parking near hotel costs 12 euros/day, but you can to find a lot of parking spots near, OK, 5-10 minutes by walk, but for five nights to stay....

Hotel and the area is a very good place for families. There are some entertaining activities around the hotel. Free entrance to an aqua park.

The hotel does not have any variation of a swimming pool onsite. Beach Village is a few blocks away and very crowded. The room was small, but we spent most of our time at the beach.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The coffee was good and they had juice that my daughter liked. The hotel's location was convenient. The staff was very nice and they were always cleaning.

Extremely bad service. A hotel where the client is not valued and waited for. They only want your money. The given information and attached photos are not true. The reception staff is rude, unresponsive, and not customer-orientated and friendly. Hotel rooms were in bad condition—furniture damaged, dirty, non-working air conditioner. The breakfast was simply terrible—old sausage and an old, withered vegetable salad were served. The reception staff refused to solve any problems related to the non-working air conditioner, TV and low-quality service. They tried to cheat with parking prices, charging more than what was indicated during the reservation. When we pointed out the mistake, the receptionist rudely handed over the balance and shouted at us to leave the hotel. They wanted us to pay for services that were not used at all—a person in our company was slandered for taking a bottle of beer from the bar, which was a lie. The tickets to the promised water park were not issued. They blocked money in the bank account for several weeks without my consent. Our family got the room with the balcony over the trash bins. We had to wake up at 6.30 am due to the terrible sound of a trash truck working. When we tried to solve the problems through negotiation, the reception staff pretended that they did not understand either English or German. Did not even look at us. Only when we threatened to call the police, reception staff remembered that they could speak the German language. It was a terrible experience for two families with children. Ruined holidays. This hotel is the one and only SCAM! Something like that we experienced for the first time.
