We have missed a fridge en the room. It was a bit far from the city center.

Pretty room, pretty view. The staff was nice, we could use the jacuzzi amd the turkish bath privatelly.

All the information on the room guidance paperwork was wrong/outdated. No restaurant although adververtised. No replacement water and toiletries. No Fridge.

Breakfast was little or poor. The room did not meet the expectations of a four star hotel, maybe 2 max. The bathroom was completely dirty and I am not referring to the calk in the shower that is an issue in most of hotels, the toilet was completely dirty inside, the drain of the shower was clogged. Amenities were ok.

The staff is great, as usual italian welcome. The location is quiet, not so much noise even if you are 20-30 min from the city center. Coffee great.

For me the toilet was a weird shape and I felt like a fall in. Because of its location next to the sink it was hard to sit on it straight I think my room was 102 in case that’s helpful

No coffee/tea facilities in the room but staff were happy to give me hot water whenever I needed it. I bought my own tea bags, sugar and milk.

Toilet was dirty upon arrival, communication with staff is difficult if you don't know Italian depending on your luck (only 1 staff member speaks English). Room was okay but quite old. Overall my stay was okay, but definitely not in standards of a 4star hotel.

My room had everything I needed, super comfy and very quiet. Shower was amazing and the free toiletries of super quality. Breakfast was filled with options, delicious! I've managed to work from my room with comfort for the first 3 days, used the gym facilities which were a life saver and whenever I needed to go out felt safe coming back - staff was absolutely wonderful, thank you so much for making my birthday so special and my first time visiting Milan so wonderful!

How on earth it is a 4 star? Random hair is spilled everywhere by room service everyday. On bed, on sink etc.

Not necessarily a dislike, but opening and closing room door requires a bit more force than i'm used to, so if it looks like your door isn't closing, just apply a bit more force 😂

The staff was very nice and helpful, even with language barriers and my forgetfulness. The room was nice and cosy, and had everything i needed in there. Might seem a bit far for those who want to see the most popular sites, but it's actually decently near everything, and public transport is easy to navigate.
