The restaurant itself is not the main business of this hotel (so it seems), and it felt that it is run as a secondary importance. However, we always felt well treated and from the limited amount of options on the menu we ate well.

The pool is small but the arrangement is that it can be used privately on an hourly basis. The breakfast is very well manned, fresh coffee is provided (up to the italian standard), and the continental breakfast has a good enough variety provided.

All was fabulous!

Great room, comfortable, great air conditioning and well appointed bathroom! Staff were all very helpful, and Francesca gave us excellent info on restaurants. We made friends with owner of one restaurant got even more sightseeing insights from them. So convenient to the main areas of Old Town, and the historic center of Genoa.

It's not that I didn't like, but for me personally in fitness miss the small waits (less than 5 kg) And in spa the temperature of water was a little bit cold (because jacuzzi is inside) But it's just for to be perfect

Very nice hotel. But the inner rooms are awful. Dark and dingy with no external windows. Just pay the extra for the upper rooms with the verandahs. They’re stunning!

The staff were so attentive bringing luggage to our room and arranging taxis and dinner reservations for us. The hotel was super clean and had a lovely fresh scent as you entered the lobby area.

Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond by personally picking up my car from the entrance and taking care of the parking. They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The value for money is not 100% met though as the pool area is not only way smaller than how it looks online but also accessible under an extra payment and booking at the venue's reception desk.
