Soundproofing is not good, above us where dining area is located you can hear every chair that being moved and staying in our room was not comfortable from 8 pm till 10 pm when they closed dining area.

Staff were kind and helpfully. Room was clean and with great view from the balcony.

We loved our stay here, however, if we were to pick anything that we would improve, it would be the shower doors as the opening was quite small!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely, with aircon and a balcony. The addition of a small fridge in the room was a great help. The pool and pool bar were excellent and as it was on the third floor of the hotel, had a great view to the sea. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful, from the receptionist, to the cleaners and the bar/breakfast staff and they made our stay even more enjoyable.

The room was little noicy, thin walls. Access to Lavagna and Sestri, is little hard without a car eg. For dinner.

Wi Fi was very bad :( And one wishe: in our opinion, every room needs a clothes dryer (for drying clothes after swimming in the sea or pool).

The hotel is located close to the beach in a quiet place. A private parking is available near the hotel. The beautiful seaview from balcony. A breakfast is fresh and tasty. Rooms have all nessasary for the rest.

Internet connection could be better.

Nice continental breakfast and cleanliness of the room and entire hotel. Location of the hotel is really good close to the sea side and free parking is included.

The location isn't great. Unfortunately the view of the beach is impeded by the railway and much of the surrounding area appears to be run down. The triple room I booked was on the back of the hotel, so no view and no balcony and a very small room for three adults

Hotel was spotlessly clean and the pool and outside bar area were great with a good view from third storey pool.

Too far from trains that go to Cinque Terre.

The property is adorable.. the rooms are clean and comfortable for two adults. The pool and bar/lounge area is fun and the family and staff are incredibly kind and personable.

The building is not particularly attractive

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety. Excellent cakes. The hotel has a very nice, even if not too big swimming pool, which we didn't use. We liked very much our room with a balcony from which we has a wonderful view. We could see the promontory of Portofino on one side and on the other side the port and the beach of Sestri Levante. We did not used the restaurant.
