Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongWe were at the corner room, maybe that's why the WiFi didn't work at all, and also phone reception was not good. The other 2 things would like to bring up is the minibar is not cold enough, and there's no blanket or quilt.
The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. Staffs are nice and helpful!!

BelgiumWe arrived late in the evening, and found a true oasis of architectural beauty, comfort and relaxation. We were welcomed with a bottle of local sparkling wine in the beautiful room, and enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. We stayed for two days, and enjoyed the lovely spacious swimming pool. Service was perfect throughout. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back, and stay longer…

NetherlandsThere was no place to dry out the wet swimming gear, though it was not a huge problem for us.
Upon our arrival we were kindly welcomed by our host, who mentioned that the huge swimming pool was available for 24 hours per day. What a treat! We loved it and it was the best pool we had during our 3-week trip through Puglia with the family. The rooms are clean and there is no noise from other rooms as we had the room on the far left in the corner. That one had a lovely few across the corridor - which is great in the morning when waking up and seated at the small terrace. The young lady at the reception was very friendly and spoke English very well. She helped with breakfast serving, ran the reception admin and waived us goodbye when we left. We spent three nights at the masseria and were given water and snacks for our onward trip. We would definitely recomment this place.

United KingdomSpent a lot Money on hidden fee's at the checkout! Missing facilities! For the money we spent there, it's just a pool and nothing else with the amount of space they have they could easily add a gym, entertainment room, even some music etc.
Very nice place, Modern with a cultural feel. Recommend for short getaway for couples as that is what we where looking for. Pool is Big enough and rooms very spacious. Cleanliness of the place was very good.
