The room is noisy with outside and building noises, but the hotel provided ear plugs. We used a white noise app on our phone and slept great. There was no receptionist.

The room furniture is cheap and old. There is not enough light in the room. The shower drain needs to be cleaned. A stiff door to the bathroom has to be repaired.

No reception desk (the hotel is simply a large flat in a residential building). The room was quite small and could have been better cleaned.

Hotel in a quiet street near the Termini train station (10 minute walk). No breakfast but there was a coffee machine and electric tea pot (with tea and coffee) in the room.

The room was simple and plain, the place is dated and the bathroom shower had mildew in the corners, but other wise was clean.

Location was excellent within walking distance to the train station and convenient to walk around to major sites. Also very nice that it was in a quiet side street with gated entry. The staff was very helpful in letting us leave our luggage early. Rome is expensive and, the hotel was reasonable for the basic room that we stayed. It was clean and shower felt good after a long day of touring. Right around the corner are excellent restaurants.

The shower could have benefitted from a little shelf for my products, rather than putting my products on the shower floor.

Room and hotel were perfect as a solo traveller and had everything that I needed. Central location close to Termini station, and close to other transport links (buses and Metro). There was some noise in the area generally however it calmed down before the night, and in any event the hotel provided ear plugs. I did not hear any noise from fellow guests. Cleaners in the morning were quiet. Good communication from the staff via Whatsapp prior to my arrival - they were accommodating to my arrival time and made sure everything was ready for me.

No staff onsite. Room was very small. Bathroom was difficult to use - shower water went everywhere.

For 3 pax the room are of right size. Online check in with clear instructions. Easy access given to guests to get in to store their luggages or go direct to assigned room when it is ready, with elevator. Location is a plus, walking distance, about 10 mins walk, to Roma Termini station. The hotel is close to different restaurants. Recommend this hotel to everyone planning to stay for few days in Rome.

It has to be expected in an apartment style set up there will be some noise. Luckily I was too tired from my run to be too disturbed 😎

I ran the Rome Marathon and this was perfectly placed to get to the start. Also brilliant restaurant close by. Bed was super comfy too.

Walkable from Termini station. Bars & restaurants nearby. Basic but quite acceptable, especially given the price.

Even though I selected the baby cot option when making the reservation, they did not ask for an extra fee during payment. However, after booking, an extra fee of 10 Euros was requested for each day for the baby cot. This is a very wrong system. It is stated in the hotel information that baby cots are chargeable. For those who want a baby cot before the reservation confirmation, a warning is required stating that the baby cot is chargeable.

Location is great, room was cleaned every day. Tea and coffee were available in the room every day. Since we stayed in a corner room, we did not hear any noise, but there was a sound problem in the bathroom. It was a very comfortable stay as everything in the hotel is automatic. I recommend the restaurant called 'il brigantino' located 50 meters from the hotel. It is the restaurant with the most affordable prices and the most delicious food among the restaurants we visited during our trip to Rome. Also, the cheapest way for those coming from CIA airport is to buy a ticket for 2 Euros from the ATAC ticket vending machine at the airport, get off at the Cinecitta metro stop with bus number 520 from platform 7, and get off at the Vittorio Emenuella stop by metro (you can use the same ticket).

Our towels weren't changed during 6 days. Also the wall is very thin. And the last but not least cleaning was starting from 8.30 which was quite early, because as I mentioned the wall is very thin, so it was disturbing.

The room is smaller than expected, some reformations are needed. A little bit expensive for what you get, but that's Rome in general. Small bed ( 140cm) for 2.
