We were right under the roof, which made things very very hot. The air con was in the kitchen/ette, and although it was cleverly connected to the sleeping area, it just couldn't quite keep the place cool. The corridors were sweltering. Not much anyone can do about it, but be warned in case you come during a real heatwave as we did.

Location was unbeatable. Oldest part of Rimini's beach town. It was quite a 19th-century feel, with a few fun buildings from the 1960s. Quite a worldly area, close to the Grand Hotel. Our building was a 19th c former villa just off the beach, with a secluded little front garden area with communal seating. The studio flat we had was in the very cleverly converted attic (there's a lift). For the three of us (parents and 1 adult son on sofabed) it was just adequately spaced. There was a safe. The bathroom was nice but got very hot - and if one accidentally opens the skylight, one knocks out the aircon - fair enough but be careful. The Padrona was very flexible when we decided to stay a little longer. The mosquito nets on the windows were appreciated, but it was too hot to open the windows anyway. I would say the space is perfect for a couple rather than a family.

The lightning is a little bad since the apartment in on the attic floor.

The location is great, the host even left us a little surprise for breakfast (milk, croissants, jam, honey…), the kitchen is fully equipped (only the oven is missing). Definitely recommend!

Extremely good position in the centre of Rimini, close to the train station and both to the historical part of the city and to the beach and the pubs. Simple and easy check in and check out, very clean environment and very well furnished.

The internet signal was very weak. I could not lay on the bed and use my devices, but had to sit in a chair by the TV for a decent signal

The room was very clean, quiet and spacious. It had a nice little kitchen that had everything except an oven and was well stocked with coffee, water and snacks. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the start of the leisure district. A block from the canal. The entry instructions were easy to follow.

Aircon control is 1 for both rooms, and you cant cool down rooms at different temps. My wife doesnt like cool temps and i am oposite.

Great apartment. Fit well for family of 4. It is good location and 5 mins walk to the beach. Shop is 3 mins away. Good value for money. Host is very friensly

It was very comfortable 2 nights stay at Marine Suite apartment. The apartament was sparkling clean, had all the facilities, also it is in very good location (supermarket just on the corner, nice park is 2 minutes by foot, the sea is in 5 min by foot). The owner was very polite and replied very fast. What to mention more, is very very comfy bed :)

We hot the apartments in the basement, so it is a little bit depressing:)) but if course it was spacy and well equiped.

The location, equipment and space were great, also the small yard.

because it was a basement and not ground floor really it was damp, nothing was drying out and even the bd sheets felt humid. there was a bad smell in the apartment ( the one with bunk bed ), which was especially strong near the kitchen sink. open windows did not help with it. lastly the managing company doesn’t reply to messages send via booking.com

It was a flat in a basement and we didn’t have to put the air con at all even with over 30 degrees outside The location is fantastic, a few minutes from the beach, around few minutes away from a grocery shop and 15 from the station. The check in was seamless. The price was really decent as well. The welcome basket with breakfast items/water was a nice touch.
