Very convenient location, near train and metro station. Umberto is a great host, allowing us to complete the check in process and leave/store our luggage early in the day so we could enjoy Naples.

Umberto was an amazing host. He responded quickly to messages and provided all the information needed to enjoy our stay in Naples. The apartment is beautiful - light and airy, close to the train station. It has an elevator to the apartment. The double glazed windows block out any street noise so you can rest peacefully after a busy day of sightseeing. The apartment is very well appointed, everything you need is there. The beds are really comfortable. Washing machine was appreciated. When we come to Naples, we will definitely stay at Umberto's apartment. PS - the cafe downstairs in the apartment building has great food too.

The host, Umberto was exceptionally welcoming, personal and accommondating... The apartment is near the Napoli Centrale Station easily walkable in 5-10 minutes, the building is located in a nice piazza/square with various public transportation and a friendly 24-hour cafe downstairs... the apartment has a secure entrance, elevator and foyer--it is very clean, has lots of windows overlooking the square with lots of sunlight... It is very spacious, has air conditioning and everything works... My wife and I will defiinitely book this place again when we come back to Napoli...!

There is a lot of road noise. This is not specific to the apartment location but reflects the crazy Napoli drivers who believe in the power of the car horn to manage the repeated malfunction of the traffic lights. I think you would get this anywhere in central Napoli.

Short walk from central train station. 2 good size bedrooms. Nice kitchen and bathroom. No sitting room, as others have said. Umberto met us to let us in to the apartment. Umberto really goes above and beyond - regular communication to check how we were finding the apartment, lots of recommendations as to restaurants,, etc, getting breakfast dropped off the 1st morning, dessert on another day, and coming in person to say goodbye when we were checking out.

I swear if we had asked the host for a sofa, , he would probably have purchased one. Both rooms have beds but no sitting area to watch TV.

Loved the host. I dare you to find a better host. Had breakfast delivered to the room our first morning. Had an issue with electricity which we think may have been our fault and someone was there to help in 5 minutes or less. Stocked well with coffee and tea and snacks. Rooms open to 3 balconies. One where you can dry clothes. Larger Refrigerator, espresso machine, microwave and washing machine ( including detergent) Paper products and water provided. Nice hot shower. Corner Apartment so you get 2 different views.

Coming home!

Location was brilliant with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby with just a short walk to the train station, trams and taxi rank. The appartment itself is well equipped, well furnished (except for the Maradona plaque, Booooo!) with stunning high ceilings and tall windows. We felt completely safe and loved every minute of our stay there. But without doubt the best part of the stay was meeting the host Umberto. He is a genuinely lovely guy who went out of his way to make us welcome. We had fantastic communication leading up to our stay and throughout our three days in Napoli. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he even came and picked us up from our Capri ferry in the evening. If we return to Naples we will 100% stay with Umberto again, Top man, you can't go wrong.

Umberto is a wonderful host. He goes out of his way to ensure you have the most positive experience possible and gives you many tips on local restaurants and activities. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is an oasis in the bustling city and close to all of the public transportation.

We are more demanding travelers and we have the possibility of comparison. The description of the accommodation and the photos in the advertisement are real. In reality, the accommodation is actually bigger and nicer than it appears in the photo, and the whole house is nicer too. The whole apartment is bright with large windows with closing shutters and has high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped, but in the neighboring house there is a quiet cafe where you can have an excellent Italian-style breakfast. All rooms have quiet air conditioning that can cool or heat the rooms. The advantage for travelers is the proximity of the main train station and the metro station, so you can go to Vesuvius, Pompeii or even Rome directly from here and do not have to rely on a taxi. The train station cannot be heard in the room, even with the windows open. The behavior of the host is exemplary, with a personal handover of the room and he can also give advice over the phone, which is not the rule and is actually not usually possible for rooms with automatic check-in.

The only negative we had about the apartment was that there was no separate sitting area. Not a big deal, but a couch would have been nice (the extra bed in the bedroom could be replaced with a couch or sofa bed).

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Good wifi. TV's are modern and equipped with streaming apps and built in chromecast devices. Spacious bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee machine, cooktop and oven. Lift to upper floors. Our host, Umberto, was a wonderful host, very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very responsive to our questions and needs. The apartment is well located - close to Garibaldi station, Buses and light rail close by. Historical centre of town within walking distance. The location may appear to be a bit down beat, but we found it to be a bustling, lively place. Perfect for observing the world as it goes by. Highly recommended as a place to stay whilst exploring Naples.

Our rooms were bright, beautiful and spotlessly clean with tall windows,and a great view of the piazza,we had a fully stocked kitchen, that had everything you could possibly want.The close proximity to the train station was a huge bonus, and it made discovering Naples and surrounding areas easy.Our fabulous, kind and funny host Umberto, arranged to meet us early to give us the keys,he arranged for breakfast to be delivered to our rooms on the first morning, and sent us train timetables and lots of advice on what to do and see, he also checked in on us to make sure we were ok.We were very happy that on our first trip to Naples we stayed in such a beautiful place,and met such a wonderful host. The only minus is the place, where the flat is located, is very noisy, but if you close the windows, it will be quiet enough.

The place is very nice and clean. The location is near to the central train station and there is tram/bus stop nearby. The kitchen is well equipped, coffee machine, fridge, oven etc. Internet was fast. Big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The host was like a charm, very polite with good sense of humor. He offered his service and he guided us about the near attractions or restaurants in city and closest towns. He also gave us very good advises regarding public transport.

Dearest Umberto, what a amazing friendly intro to Naples. So kind, interesting and helpful. The apartment is in a wonderful historic building in the heart of the city. Just watching Naples life from the various balconies was a pleasure in itself. It's a whole vibe. We had breakfast in the bar below as well as late night drinks. Super friendly staff and fun. Inside the apartment is like staying in a photo shoot for Vogue or Instagram. Umberto has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We loved the quirky lift and Franco, the palace manager always had a friendly wave and ciao as we came in and out. Only regret is that we missed the opportunity to have a coffee with Umberto on our last day as we were running late..totally my fault. If we have the opportunity to visit Naples again, Umberto and his wonderful property will be our first port of call. Fingers crossed, we will return. Jacqueline and Marshall x

The most welcoming host I have ever met so far. Umberto waited for us at the apartment, for check in, gave us a lot of information about places to see and to eat in Napoli, everything in a warm and friendly manner. We had drinks in the fridge and even some things to eat next morning. He offered us a free ride to the airport, even if we stayed in his apartment for only 1 night! The apartment is big, clean, with new furniture and comfortable beds. Overall a great experience.

This is a perfect apartment I'll be keeping in my heart forever! Its beauty, colors, high ceilings, shutters — all you see in the pictures is true! It was so cozy and beautiful that sometimes I wouldn't want to leave it to go for a walk. You just want to stay there :) Also, there is a great supermarket a 5-minute walk from the apartment. There is a train station nearby. All the sightseeing treasures are close by, too :) Umberto is a formidable host who's always ready to make sure you are having a great time! You feel taken care of — and it's a great feeling :)

The place was large, and had an extremely high ceiling. The host was friendly and made sure all was according to our wishes. The place is also in a walking distance from many amazing pizza places, such as da Michele. I would recommend staying here.
