Room with nice view and excellent location. Lake is just opposite the house, there is a bar for drink, coffee and snacks in the house. Good parking lot available. Comfortable beds, nice size of the bath with everything you will need. Positively surprised since there were snacks, coffee, tea, jams, chocolate cream, cold water and cold soft drinks available and free of charge in the room. After a long traveling, this was great refreshment. Our room was with a big balcony overlooking the bar/street/lake which was a big plus for us. Quite neighborhood, but also near to the points of our interest. We even manage to go to the old town of Sirmione by foot ( ca. 45 min walking)

We rented bikes from the hotel owner and those was provided us free of charge, so we visited Sirmione by bikes. Highly recommended, will book again when back in Garda!

Formally a one-star hotel, but has almost every amenity you could ask for, including snacks and coffee that get refilled every day. The room was spotless, quiet and faced the lake, just like I requested. You could even borrow bikes for free. Sirmione is only a 15-minute ride away. This place is a hidden gem.

GermanyThe street was quite busy even at night, so we could not sleep with open windows. But there was airconditioning. On the positive side, there were proper blinds which made the room really dark - not that common in italy!
Check-in and Check-out was quick and easy. The room was very clean, equipped with a fridge (water and juice inside), tea/coffee maker. Big plus: the very spacious bathroom with window - finally a bathroom where I can shower in daylight without bothering the whole family, I have space for moving and to put my cosmetics on the table.

Not a luxurious stay, but insanely good value for money, so if you're on a budget I highly recommend it.
