Beautiful place to stay! Very clean and the pool was a nice add on. Free parking as well. Spot on if you travel by car. Free shuttle to Torre Dell Orso available as well. Basic but good breakfast. Welcome drinks in swimming pool’s bar.

When checking out there is nowhere to leave your luggage other than near reception and there is a sign to say that they take no responsibility for items left. Also only shower to use after checkout is by poolside.Would be good to have a room to leave luggage when you have a later flight and a room or facility to use to get changed ready to leave like we have had at many other hotels. This is really helpful to have later in the day after being in the pool for the day waiting for your time to leave.

Marelive is a beautiful hotel and the rooms and facilities are all lovely and kept very tidy at all times. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the rooms nice and cool with a/c unit. The balcony in the room was lovely to sit at and in the evening the views of the sunset are beautiful. The pool area was a lovely place to be and the food was really good.

Great pool with bar, not crowdy at all. Free sunbeds any time we've been visiting the pool. Very clean rooms, and good aircondition, maybe even too cold inside, compared to the outside ;-)

You need to have a car o get to places like the beach or the next small town - but otherwise all great!

We loved staying there and we absolutely recommend it for anyone who are exploring this part of Puglia and like to stay in a comfortable new hotel! It is a really nice, modern hotel with spacious rooms. Breakfast is delicious and the pool is also great!

The reception seemed a bit confused/not well informed at our check in. Also the restaurant was fully booked for the evening of our stay so thr only option was a closeby pizzeria. At the breakfast the service staff looks like they dont want to work - they took and order for coffee then wnet to the bar gave the order to the barista and than tey stood there for 3 minutes and wait for the order to be ready. In that time she could take at least 3 more orders because there were a lot of tables.

The hotel is brand new. The room is spatious and it has everything you would ecpect from a 4 star hotel. The pool is clean and it also has a bar which is also accesible from the pool. The staff working there was in a good mood and made us feel very welcome. We had a couple od prosecco and a couple of cocktails which were all very good and also the price is very normal. They also gave us something to eat even tho the time was well past the snack service time. Thank you for making our experience better.

The breakfast could be a little better. The selection of vegetables was quite poor and a common problem was that, even though the breakfast was until 10:30, even at 9:30 there was a problem with availability of some food (watermelon, scrambled eggs, bacon, and more). In other chains that I've visited, the food is constantly being replenished, so that all guests have equal experience. This should be the same here if you want to keep the high level of service. Also, some of the organization of the breakfast space was unclear, as we were sometimes asked for a table number, and other times for room number, and you always had to go up to the waiters' bar to ask for a coffee, even though we were assured that a waiter would come up and take our "coffee" order. Other than that, all was great.

This is a great, brand new place with very good, comfortable rooms, great location, amazingly friendly staff, and a very good relaxation area with a swimming pool. The rooms are great, air conditioned, with a big bathroom, comfortable beds, a safe, and a terrace with garden chairs. And, unlike in many other places, we all got a free welcome drink at the pool bar, which was really nice. I really look forward to going back there again in the coming years.

It’s a brand new hotel, clean and with a beautiful pool. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was international with a lot of different things to choose. A lot of nice beaches in the area and about 15 min by car to Otranto.

Dirty pool, dinner was fine but nothing great, our room was on a corridor that people used to pass, and next to a door to the outside so we heard everything and everyone passing by. Also, the music at the pool was incredibly loud, for no reason, does anyone actually like that?

It was fine, but wouldn't stay again. Felt overpriced for what it offered, breakfast was great, but the pool was kinda dirty, and the loud music every day was unnecessary. Good for families though as they are kid & baby-friendly.

The villa was more like a 3 star inside. it had a few defects, like a loose handle on the bathroom door and the shower was very small and basic. It wasn’t sealed well so ants were getting in to the room so we had to be very careful not to drop any crumbs.

The hotel grounds, pool area and the staff. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and we enjoyed spending time around the pool.

The ensuite bathrooms are really badly designed - the shower always leaked on to the floor and it was bizarrely a handheld shower which was really annoying. We think the cleaner kept leaving a tap open so that it flooded the floor - this happened in both our rooms. The weirdest thing was not being able to pay by card or put drinks on the room at the pool bar. So inconvenient as could only pay by cash.

I think it is a brand new hotel so it is lacking in character but I think that will come later. It's very nice architecture and the swimming pool area is lovely. It is very clean and the staff are really lovely.

Very inconvenient things; not possible to pay by card or to put on the room bill things you order at the pool, need to let them know 1 day in advance if you want diner, 20€ of caution for the pool towels and 3€ if you want to change them…? Staff not informed about services.

It’s new and the pool is nice. Breasfast was okay too.
