The only thing that people mixing up term "not clean" and "worn out/tired ". So it is clean, really, but room saw many days in its life. Some fresh paint here and there, wouldn't hurt. But to me it's typical European experience.

The location. If you are sensitive to noise, dont go there. The cars and especially motorbikes go day and night.

It is forbidden to use the kitchen. You can only use the fridge. You have to take a bus to go to the city center, which is totally fine, but the buses are really crowded (just a reminder for those who are having a look at the place). There are not markets nearby, or you have to climb a lot of stairs on the way back. They look really close on maps but the area is not flat, so you have to climb.

The room was good, spacious enough and comfortable. Although it was far from the touristic area, it was not so noisy. There is a bus stop just across the building and you can go everywhere by taking it.

You have to pay to use the kitchen. Same goes for other facilities. Dirty towels. Thin walls, so you can’t get a good night’s sleep without hearing people from other rooms or the noise from the nearby busy street.

I don't like it as something that can be easily solved by a big service to the air-conditioning need a big service of cleaning and gas it's to old item this is the only thing I can say about it

I had understood that we had access to the kitchen, which turned out not to be the case, but we made do.

The location was perfect. The people were lovely and really helpful. They gave us plenty of suggestions on what to see. The rooms were cleaned regularly, but they never interrupted us.

We didn't like that the way our room was presented on booking.com and how it was sold to us, because our room was called "double or twin" room, with options: a one double bed, and two single beds that the website let us to choose from. We chose option of 2 single beds. And when we communicated with the host after paying for the room, we have been told that we will not get 2 single beds. That caused us stress and anxiety, I was travelling with my mother which she was upset about not being able to have own bed. After the communication with the host (Laura), which came across as being rude as the way she was speaking to me via whatsapp and not taking responsibility for how she created and put the offer on booking.com . She asked us to pay more if we wanted to have two seperate beds. I disagreed as I I booked a room with the option of two beds. She eventually organised a room with two single beds. Which we appreciated. But experienced stress because of it, which could have been avoided if the offer and description was created correctly instead of misleading. Another thing that we absolutely disliked was that we were not provided directions on how to check-in, where at etc. Nothing through booking.com, nothing in the further messages on whatsapp. When we arrived at the gate in front of the building, there were buzzers but none of them said that there is reception or anything. I also tried to phone Laura few times, she didn't pick up the call. I messaged her, she didn't reply either. It was very hot outside, my mum started feeling unwell and dizzy, and I didn't know what to do. We managed get inside of the building as the gates were open, and we were sitting for over 30min inside on the stairs waiting for any reply, which we did not get. Eventually I buzzed some random door downstairs. It happen to be a reception there, but there was not any sign telling that there is a reception.

We liked that the room and the whole place was very clean. It looked like it was cleaned every day. We also liked that the lady at the reception was super friendly, helpful and kind. The ladies that were cleaning were very friendly and kind, too. We enjoyed the fact that the bus stop was just at the front gate of the place, and it was just 15-20min to get to the centre of Rome for €1.80

You need to unlock 4 doors with keys to get to your room, lift is ancient, the runway to the building is made of loose pebbles

The location is not suitable for pleasant walks. There are no cafes, shops, parks around, you have to use public transport everywhere. The house is located on a busy and noisy street. Good windows keep noise out, but they should always be closed. In the rooms, at least one extra chair, an electric tea kettle would be very helpful.

The staff was nice and willing to help. Special thanks to Alessia. Her friendliness and the hospitality of the cleaning ladies made the stay more pleasant. Easy access to various parts of the city by public transport.

The room facing the street is noisy with cars passing by.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The staff was super friendly and kept in touch with us before check-in to ask about our check-in requirements and fulfilled them. The reception was very welcoming and gave us travel suggestions. Help change towels every day.

It would have been better if we had a kettle in the room so we could make our own drinks as had to wait for breakfast for a tea or coffee. I didn't like the late check in fee especially as it was out of our control and no one was physically there to check us in, it was all done remotely.

Fantastic location for travelling into the city, there was a bus stop right outside. It was also only a 20 minute walk downhill to the Vatican City and restaurants.

The breakfast was coffee and cake. The staff were very friendly. There is a bus stop right outside the BNB that takes you to the centre of Rome.

We got there at 12pm. They told us the room would be ready by 2pm. We came back and had to wait another 50 minutes! Not good. The only thing good about breakfast was the hot beverage that one of the staff would make (coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc). The rest were undesirable - all prepackaged food like small toasted bread, not so good pastry and cookie. They could have at least offered fresh bread for people to toast and cereals with milk. They had cornflakes but only 1 bowl per table to mix with yogurt. Obviously, they are skimping on these items and less work for the staff. At least, they can claim they offer "breakfast" in their B&B.

I have been to Rome a few times but this time, it seemed that hotel rates have gone up tremendously. This was the cheapest I could find despite the 10-minute walk uphill from the Metro station.

It’s the communication about direction. Since I booked this thru Booking.com, it’s always you have to go to their site before you could communicate with the AirBnB. It is very hard, we got lost 3x since we took public transport then after we found your place it really near everything. I wish the communication will be easy direct to the owner instead of going thru Booking.com which is very hard. On our other BnB, we used AirBnB app and it’s very easy to talk to the owner.

The place is near bus stop and Metro. Your customer service person Alexia is very helpful and very attentive, she listen to people’s need. A very perfect customer service with always a smile. Barbara is not quite pleasing.
