Nothing. We loved everything.

It was a trulli (pun intended) great place! We loved every aspect of it. The room was big and comfortable. We stayed in one of the trulli rooms. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty. We had fresh cheese every day from a local producer, which we visited in Martina Franca. We enjoyed the pool, walked around the area that has beautiful scenery. The place felt quiet and relaxing. Most importantly the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Katia was exceptional. She was always available for recommendations and she would even answer back if we had questions during our day trips. She recommended great restaurants in the area and help us make reservations. I can't thank her and the staff enough for such an enjoyable stay.

The location is amazing, near many cute towns to visit and have your meals at (but you can also have a light lunch at the property) Rooms are spacious and clean. Loved chilling by the pool. Breakfast is very varied, with local products, and lots of fruit options. Katia the manager is a GEM, she runs the place so efficiently and always with a kind word and a smile. We had assistance whenever we needed it. The other reception and the lady helping us at breakfast were also lovely and we did not meet the cleaning staff but the room was super clean so they are also doing an excellent job.

Katia was amazing and made sure everything was perfect for us. Our train was running late and she was so accommodating and even helped us make a late night dinner reservation which ended up being one of our favorite places to eat on our whole trip! The property is beautiful and small so it feels intimate. It's also very quiet but you're still extremely close to other places. This was our home base to visit Alberobello (5 minutes), Monopoli (25 minutes), Martina Franca (15 minutes), Polignano a Mare (25 minutes), Matera (1 hour) and Lecce (1.5 hours.)

we liked everything! Great trullo room, nice breakfast, pool+ view amazing, friendly staff, we got everything we asked for! Although it s missing nothing! Clean towels and bedsheets, huge bathroom. We recommend it 100%!!!!

Katia, the manager was just lovely. She couldn't do enough for us. We mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary, & a fabulous bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses were put in our room with a lovely message. She recommended restaurants too, & booked for us.

The place is absolutely quite and calm. It is an amazing place to find peace but also really close to nice places like Alberobello or Martina Franca. Nice and big room decorated with neutral colors. Amazing garden and pool to spend your relaxing day there.

You do need to rent a car to stay here and travel around (we did so wasn’t an issue for us)

I had a wonderful stay at Mandolario Trulli Resort! My room was spotless, charming, and very comfortable (the bed was great, I slept so well!). The property overall was beautiful and clearly well cared for. The location was ideal for visiting Alberobello, just a very short drive to the parking areas outside of the historic center. Katia was a fantastic host- she was very welcoming, available for questions and advice, and she had some great restaurant recommendations. She clearly puts a lot of care and attention into managing this property. Vitania was also so friendly and welcoming at breakfast. About that breakfast - I would say it was the best out of several accommodations I stayed at while in Puglia. Many sweet & savory options (the pastries... omg so good!), fresh juice, eggs, etc. I hope to return someday!

Nothing, but absolutely nothing negative about this wonderful property!

We loved the entirety of the property! Mandolario is just a perfect 10! The location is perfect for the traveller who wants to visit the area and its attractions which are all from 20 minutes to maximum 40 minutes away. It is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of staying in town centers. The property is pristinely kept, super super clean and oh so comfortable, beds included! We loved, loved loved Katia! In fact, all staff was amazing! Katia was an amazing and attentive host who made sure to accomodate our every need. She realized we had travelled overnight and we were exhausted when we arrived. She actually managed to deliver our room before check-in time which is something rare these days. We didn’t lack anything. We ordered snacks and a bottle of wine upon our arrival and they quickly set it up by the pool so we could get our rest and relax. This was priceless. She even recommended amazing restaurants which were also on point with our expectations! She made herself available anytime, even in the evenings when she had left for the day. This resort is a jewel! If we come back to this region of Apulia, I will definitely stay at Mandolario Trulli Resort!
