We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This place was amazing - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in organising our time in Polignano. It’s a family run place and the breakfast includes homemade pastries and yogurt with a stunning view over Polignano. Paulo and Alessio and the whole family made our stay amazing, especially since a couple of the days the weather was a bit rough.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming bed-and-breakfast in Polignano a Mare! The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of town, making it easy to explore the beautiful area. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the facilities were top-notch. Our room was spotless and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh and varied every morning. The owner was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience, even offering us an early morning airport drop-off, which we really appreciated. His hospitality truly made us feel at home. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare—the location is sublime, the service is impeccable, and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing! Would definitely return!

CanadaThe bed was uncomfortable for us. Too soft. We prefer a firmer mattress. The air conditioner took a long time to cool the room and when we would leave for the day to go tour around, our AC was always turned off. We come back and turn it back on but it would not be cool enough at bed time to sleep comfortably.
Location cannot be beat. The unit was very clean and had daily service for towels. The host helped arrange a boat tour of the caves.

CanadaThe location was awesome. Although it’s not right in city centre, it’s on the Mediterranean coast and the city centre is a quick walk over a short bridge and that bridge is also the way to the amazing beach! The staff were friendly and helpful. My room had a view of the sea.
