- The Pool and jacuzzi area could have been managed better. I understand the hotel welcomes families (and that is fine), but children were allowed to run around and jump in the pool and jacuzzi and this took the relaxing feel away from the hotel at times. -it was strange that the hotel charged for water at dinner but then allow you to have it for free at breakfast and afternoon snack.

Beautiful hotel with a family feel. Perfectly located with recently renovated top quality facilities (particularly the spa). We had the half board option and the food was incredible and to a high level with plenty of variety. Rooms were a great size and always kept very clean and staff were always very friendly and accommodating.

Only very small things to consider: they've 2 nice wellness areas (indoor and outdoor) but they are all "naked areas" (not everyone may feel comfortable, depending on the "culture"). Also, the location is great for the Kronplatz area but in summer Brunico is a bit far (30 mins drive or 1 with public transport) from the most of the popular trekking areas. Valdaora, San Candido or Dobbiaco, would probably be slightly more convenient if you want to explore Val Pusteria, Braies, Anterselva and the DreiZinnen area for a Summer stay.

Everything was great. Staff very attentive. Half board is definitely worth it. Breakfast is amazing with all options of sweet and salty. Dinner is top quality, with 2 options for a 4 course menu (one of the 2 being vegetarian, both quite balanced and gourmet) and a good "kids menu". There's "free snacks buffet" (with salty, sweet - great strudel - and drinks) everyday from 2.30 to 5 pm which was a great benefit. Room was big enough to accomodate 2 adults and 3 Kids (one of them being in the cot). Swimming pool is big enough, both inside and outside. Playroom is great for kids of any age, it also includes videogames. They also provide 1 free backpack for trekking in the room. Very convenient bus service to Brunico (free, with the card provided at reception), stopping in front of the hotel.

I travel a lot for pleasure and work and The Majestic has been, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. From the initial welcome with Prosseco and a salad buffet to the goodbye with a nice little gift, our stay was absolutely fantastic. The facilities and rooms are great in one of the most beautiful areas we have visited. Special thanks to Germán, Leonardo, Zeeshan and the tall gentleman at reception, who looked after us extremely well. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable 😍😍 We highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived with welcome drinks, staff were very kind and helpful. SPA was amazing, water was warm and facilities are great, our family had an amazing time! We had a room with Mountain View, very peaceful and good space balcony. Breakfast was great, just perfect. Our daughter was sick and staff were very helpful for guide pharmacy in town. Amazing stuff, clean room, fantastic spa make our stay perfect. Will come back again!

Absolutely nothing.

Das Majestic exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The bathroom was huge! Room and property amenities were excellent. The spa, pool, and adult sauna area were very nice. Their aufguss master was the best I have ever experienced! I arrived cold, wet, and tired after a long day on a motorcycle. Anja at the front desk recognized my condition and did everything in her power to expedite my check-in and make sure I was comfortable. When I got to the room I was overwhelmed with my good fortune at having picked this hotel. Breakfast buffet was great. I had dinner in the hotel that first night and it was outstanding. This was by far my favorite hotel of a ten day trip.

Nothing really. Some might say, slightly dated structure/deco in parts but for us it was part of the charm.

The adult only wellness area is lovely and the sauna master a real character! The hotel is very comfortable and cosy, we did not have dinner there but the breakfast is very good and the staff extremely helpful. Cable car to Plan de Corones is a 15 minutes walk away but the hotel runs a continuous shuttle service back and forth all day, which takes all the hassle away. This was a return visit and will be back again if skiing in the area.

The property was in a great spot for skiing! We absolutely loved the staff, they were so friendly, especially towards my children. The breakfast was exceptional and the facilities were fantastic with lovely touches. Thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend!

I didnt like the fact that the hotel accommodated dogs but we did know this before booking but unfortunately they were accepted in all rooms and there was one night where one dog was sitting on the furniture just off the restaurant which I found very unacceptable.

The atmosphere/design in the main lobby and bar area are a bit bland - very good for families however.

The outdoor wellness area and breakfast were exceptional, worth a stay just for that. Loved the outdoor sauna event. The staff are very professional. The welcome drink on check in is a nice touch. For skiers, super convenient shuttle services to the cable car station.

I did not like the fact that dogs are allowed. When we arrived, there were a few dogs, but after the first day we did not see any. 1 Dog was lying on the furniture.

This is a lovely, comfortable, clean hotel. It is very welcoming, the staff are exceptional. There are really nice facilities and we had a lovely room. We would highly recommend as it is very close to the ski area, which is a hidden gem. The food in the hotel was very tasty and plentiful.

The dinner, not worth at all. I was one of the first at the restaurant and still took 90 minutes waiting for the food, only two options in the menu, little food and extremely expensive (45€ person)

When we came to check in at 1500 as the directions say we still had to wait 45 mins to be given our keys, we aren’t sure why. But besides that everything else was great.

The resort was very close to the ski area and it had a beautiful mountain view. The staff was very kind and resourceful, and the spa area was very clean. The dinner was amazing, with the menu being set you still get options to choose from but without a doubt each meal was carefully thought through and cooked to perfection. The desserts were Michelin worthy, and the waitress was kind enough to bring us an extra dessert when we asked. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable environment.

Exeptionaly big rooms, spotless clean, great pool. Very spatios bathroom with all the accessories. Great breakfast with the eggs&pancake station. We used car to drive to ski lift (2 minutes), but easily could use hotel shuttle. Big rent-a-ski & skidepo in the ski lift building.
