The area right outside our room felt a little untidy, and there were live turtles right outside our door in boxes. They were very cute, but there was definitely an odour from them. It had a family run feel to it which made it unique though. Everything else was faultless though. Expect the unexpected in Italy!

The breakfast was amazing, the room was bigger than expected, and the location was fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Sorrento within easy walking distance of everything. Although it's in a very lively location, we didn't find it to be noisy at all. Loved the spa bath in the bathroom which was so much appreciated for our aching bodies and feet after 10 days of intense walking around Italy. My daughter left her glasses behind, and the hotel were fantastic with making sure they were returned to us in Australia as soon as possible.

Bathroom at little tired, but not a deal breaker.

The location of he hotel was perfect for us, directly off a bustling lane, just off the main square, straight into a very calm court yard. Our room was on the (3rd) top floor with views over the roof tops, sea & Mount Vesuvius. Our room was ample with a small terrace, a comfortable bed, and adequate storage. Despite being in the centre of Sorrento our room was very quite and we could mainly hear bird song. Super selection of foods for breakfast in a beautiful high ceiling room, beautifully decorated.

Located in a very busy alley. No view and good amount of noise when the door is opened. Breakfast was mediocre and if you were not there very early morning, the trays get empty and not refilled! Room service and re-supply needs work.

This hotel is in the most central district of Sorrento, close enough for restaurants, Bars, shops, and transportation links, for Trains and ferry’s. The hotel is very quaint with a beautiful dining room where breakfast is served. Breakfast is very good with hot platters and cold meats alike with fresh fruit and cakes plus cereal, more than enough to start you off for the day. Our room was more than adequate for our needs with comfy beds for a decent nights sleep. All in all a very good hotel.

Our room was very small with low ceiling and a small window placed in the ceiling and the shower box too small with no room to move.

Location was great with a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and served very well. Breakfast room is so beautiful and like a museum.

Asked for a coffee in the lounge one afternoon but were told that was only available at breakfast. They did have tea/coffee in the room but it was instant!

Superior breakfast buffet, best I've ever seen in my whole life! Staff accessible when we had questions or needed help. Arranged a private transfer for us from Naples train station to the hotel.

Located in the heart of town. Beautiful ambience. The breakfast room is truly beautiful and the breakfast was outstanding. Can be noisy at night because it’s located near restaurants but highly recommended

The room was clean and spacious the only thing I would have liked was more day light in the room. Maybe a bigger window. But we did book last minute and didn’t let it spoil our break.

There was nothing I didn'tike. Some reviews mention noise from the street, but everything goes quiet at 11. Not bothered by noise at all.

Fantastic location. The hotel is in the historic centre. Only a few. minutes from the train station and about a 15 minute walk from the port. Good sized room with comfy bed and good, quiet air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Host even called our ferry company before we left to make sure there was no disruption due to bad weather. Breakfast was provided in beautiful surroundings and we were given an excellent range of different foods to choose from. I will definitely stay here again. Can't fault it.

Breakfast was great, good variety of food and it was excellent quality. We commented on our first day how excited we were already for breakfast the next day because of the great service and food we recieved and in such a beautiful room. Staff was kind and welcoming with wonderful recommendations within the city and especially for Marina Grande. Having access to the rooftop terrace was such a pleasant bonus after a day of walking around, it is an excellent retreat from the bustling streets without feeling isolated from the warmth of Sorrento.
