It can be a little loud late at night when the bar across the road closes, but it is acceptable. They need to update the furniture in the room as it is almost impossible to open the draws in the dresser (the handles are all missing). It lacks storage in the bathroom (there is none) and recommend they put hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on. Due to the elevator not working, it is not ideal for anyone with mobility problems. If this is rectified, it would be fine.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to most attractions.

The shower tiles looked a bit mildewy. I contracted athletes foot from the tile floor of the shower. :/ wear flip flops.

The location is awesome! Close to everything. The bed was comfy and clean. Nice in-room coffee, tea, chocolates on pillows. Cozy and safe. Really great spot. I’d stay again.

It's on a noisy street. The elevator didn't work so we had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of stairs

The location was fantastic. Very close to the main sights, there were 2 metro stations (Colosseo and Cavour) not far from the hotel, lots of cafes and shops nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

The two floors of stairs without elevator should be mentioned in the property description, since the elevator cannot be used for some reason (it works only with a key), and we learned it only after booking.

The rooms are very clean and well furnished, exactly like the pictures. Cleaned every day. Location is absolutely perfect to visit Rome on foot. The owner was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We did a self check-in, very practical without any trouble. We'll be back if possible!

Shower button to switch shower from the hand-held to the water coming from the top did not work. Window into the back of aircons.

Clean and efficient for the purpose and in line with expectations. Easy excess and good instructions. Great location.

There was constant bad smell from the toilet and the fridge was not working.

The location is perfect, right in the center, very close to Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. It is in front of Ice Club. The room was comfortable and clean, good AC. I loved the coffee machine! The staff who met us were very kind and supportive. Thank you Mirko!

unfortunate the building was being restored / work being done so not a good first impression . no functioning lift but i was advised about that before I checked in

This is in no way a negative on the staff who was great. More at the expectations for the facility based on the pictures and description. I felt a little catfished. If they are looking to save some funds, I suggest not having daily turndown service and put the funds to repairs such as repainting all of the chipped walls, resealing the shower that leaks onto the floor, cover the damages on the furniture, better mattresses, a larger garbage pail as there was only 1, very tiny bin in the bathroom.

Central location close to the subway, buses, restaurants. Great communication with staff, friendly demeanor, provided water.

Excellent location, spacious room with a comfortable bed and modern clean bathroom. A plus to have a mini fridge in the room and a large tv. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp and sent on lots of recommendations.
