Small glitch with the wrong room code but they responded really quickly and sorted within about 5 minutes.

Great breakfast catered for gluten free. Good communication, close to Centrale station, clean and generous size room.

Extractor fan in bathroom didn't work, mini fridge wasn't cold & pillows were uncomfortable.

The room was spotlessly clean, smelt lovely and Flavia the host was really great.

If you are too sensitive to sounds, you could hear the doors on the same floor opening/locking. But that didn’t bother us much

Location is great, close to Central Train Station but in a quiet neighborhood so no noise from cars. Many good restaurants around. Room is very nice, clean, modern, spacious, we even got the balcony!

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I could hear everything from the street outside (street view room) - even people talking on the street :(

Amazing Staff, super kind and helpful. The Location is perfect. Everything was good! Was able to check in sooner that 4pm, which was really nice. Bed was comfortable. Wifi and TV were working fine. It was a bit dusty and dirty in a few areas but all in all its was fine!

There was a exhaust fan in bathroom but it didn't work. (no big deal)

It was cute room and close enough to central train station. We had to leave early so they prepared breakfast boxes for us. The flollow up on us before check-in to make sure everything is under control.

Comfortable, modern B&B style place in a residential building close to the central train station. We enjoyed the area a lot - not touristy despite its proximity to the station, lots of good restaurants and cafes, walkable to the main attractions of Milan. We weren't sure what to expect with the self check-in options and codes and such, but it was all fine, and if you arrive during relatively normal hours someone will be there to greet you and help out with anything. Breakfast is the standard Italian B&B type if you've had it before - nothing special but fine. Anyway we'd love to spend more time in Milan again and would certainly stay here again.

There was no cabinet/wardrobe or a place where to put the clothes, we stored them on a chair. There was a place with few hangers but that was all.

The room was clean, comfy bed. The host was nice and helpful and provided a breakfast box for our early departure 5:30 AM.

Breakfast was very average and some fresh coffee with milk available would have been great in the morning. Could have had some other options if possible like fresh fruit and muesli.

Location was perfect for Central station and easy to get to. Staff were vert accommodating when we arrived early and allowed us to leave luggage once we checked out. Communication was very easy and I highly recommend staying here.

Nothing. I absolutely loved everything. If I have to say something that I did not looooved, was just that the room was too hot. Even during winter, we had to sleep with the AC off and the windows on. I believe that was due to the central heather.

The staff was INCREDIBLE. I do travel a lot and that was the nicest and friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Great location, close to the Centrale. The amenities in the room smell amazing, and the breakfast is perfect.

The only thing that was a little bitt annoying was the noise from the crowd outside from the building.

Beautiful room, spacy, clean, every day we had a full breakfast to our room without even request it and kind stuff!! We certainly recommend it!
