Reception too slow in check in process. 3 people at the desk and serving all together only one customer per time. Cleaning lady entered the room of my day of checkout, at 9am. Couldn’t they wait for me to checkout rather than bothering the guest? At night the doors were locked and couldn’t enter the premises since apparently they forgot to give me a card or to leave the door unlocked - or both. Fortunately they picked up the phone and was let in at some point

The bed, was two twin beds closed together. The mattress was old and thin, I could feel the springs.

There was no wifi password available in the room and the number of the reception was missing. It was written that there was Netflix available and I found out that it is but only by your peronal account.

Very good location, spacious bathroom and shower, very comfortable bed and with balcony. The screen is also good and the positioning of everything was good.

The noise isolation was awful, I could here other guests talk, walk, shower. And there was a lot of noises from outside. I didn’t sleep at all. Also, the balcony is not a balcony at all but just a 20 cm bulge with a fence.

Very good hotel. Some steps from Tram stop Prato della Valle, in the historic center of Padoue. The room is very spacious and the bathroom too. The staff are very kind. I recommand this hotel.

We only booked this rather expensive hotel due to it‘s very central location but unfortunately we had to stay in another location. It would have been great if the hotel would at least gave us some money back due to the inconvenience or AT LEAST payed for our tram tickets (a daily pass or so) because we had to cover those costs by ourselves AND we lost some holiday time due to the location of the other place…

Our room had no electricity so the hotel managed to give us a different room at a different location: • friendly staff • good English knowledge of the staff • good & fast problem solving (giving us another room) • clean & big rooms • beautiful & big bathroom

Sadly the woman staying on the next floor was poorly educated and spend her time speaking loudly on the phone until 1 am after i had to go tell her to lower her tone. Then she kept moving things around. Bad luck. But sound isolation is really poor, get your earplugs if you're noise sensitive.

Cleaning of the room was not perfect (we found dust and little of dirty on the ground), but the thing that drove me nuts was the Electric charging Station. The hotel has 3 stalls for the Electric cars that they also use for parking. As result, they asked me 30 EUR plus the 0,96 EUR per KWh just for placing my car to charge. This was insanely wrong. The hotel should improve here and make the life of people with Electric car easier, not harder.

Price and value of the money were OK for new Year Eve. Service people were excellent and always available.

My bed had a desk at back which felt odd. Also a school group we’re staying. Not the hotel fault but they were up and down corridors until 1am and then again at 7am. It wasn’t a good nights sleep and I was very very exhausted.
