Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent food at the hotel. Staff very friendly and warm. The concierge helped organise our stay and things to do whilst in Florence, as well as fantastic restaurant recommendations. Hotel location is fantastic, some great views of Ponte Vecchio and walking distance to many of the cities attractions (it's a small city so can get to most places on foot).

CanadaWhat didn't we like? The moment you got out of the car there was someone to greet you and help with your bags. The staff where so friendly. The rooms were well equipped and had everything that you would want for a comfortable. If there was anything missing, one simple call and it was sent to you. We also had the most amazing breakfast added into our stay. Overall we could not have been at a better spot during our time in Florence. Really appreciated this stay.
