Most of the Cinque Terre has steep hills to walk and we didn’t mind at all. Does require a certain level of fitness or patience to take your time.

Beautiful location, and close to paths to the town. Outdoor patio, garden space was so beautiful. This place is on the quieter side of Riomaggiore, very close to the walking trail that connects to Manarola. Luciano was so nice and helpful getting around and recommending places.

- the wifi was not very good, only available in the living room and even there not very stable - it is difficult to reach the apartment by car: in this village there is not much space for cars and you need a permit to enter the village (temporary one can be arranged with owner)

- although there is no kitchen, you can make breakfast (water cooker, plates, cutlery, toaster, fridge available) - airco in all rooms, it can get very hot in summer - great balcony with seaview - the two turtles in the garden - just short walk to town center, to beach and to train station

we were met at the train station and our host called for a porter to help with our bags while we walked to the apartment, that was very helpful as it is a very steep walk. the apartment was very clean and the terrace had a wonderful view.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It was hard to find but had a pleasant little patio area to relax.

The geyser for the hot water took a lot of time to heat the water. I think this can be replaced with a new and a faster one

The host was super helpful. He advised us on places to visit and the trains to take. He provided the parking right next to the place of stay. The room was super clean and very accessible to the train station. I would recommend it to the future travellers

a little bit hard to find the location

the yard is full of plants and near to sea, very quiet and beautiful with three different type of bedrooms as well as living room.

Location on google and booking maps are not correct, address listed on booking is. It was further up the hill. Not a problem in the end 10-15walk with bags (uphill) just wasn’t expecting to it.

Bed could be more comfortable but pretty normal for what I've found in Italy. I also don't think I saw a safe but not a problem for me.

There could have been kitchen, I dont get why there is no option for the kitchen, when clearly it is in the apartment, but its locked.

This apartment could benefit from some better pictures because it looks much nicer in reality.

It was a little confusing getting there from the train station as we didn't know about the elevator and ended up walking for a bit. However, Luciano was waiting for us and was very helpful once we arrived.

My daughter and I so enjoyed our stay and appreciated Luciano's kindness. The room and garden area were so lovely and relaxing. We really enjoyed the wonderful location to the train station, hiking trail and to the town - all under a 10 minute walk away thanks to the elevators by the train station and town. We are so glad we stayed there during our time in Cinque Terre.

The apartment does not have kitchen, but even if you eat outside and do not cook, it can get problematic with e.g. having breakfast. No bowls/plates for eating cereals. But it is ok for shorter stays.

The apartment has perfect location, scenic sea view, vwry nice terrace and is really clean. Great value for money.

At the same time, it is really hard to get to the property since it is not on the main street, you’ll need to walk a lot! Which after a day of exploring Cinque Terre it can get quite tiring. The rooms don’t have private bathrooms; the one we stayed shared a bathroom with 3 other rooms.

Luciano was really friendly! It is on a quiet side of the town so there’s not a lot of noise.
