Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ItalyYou could easily hear noises from the adjacent rooms. There was one big terrace door/entrance but no other window in the room.
The room was clean. It had a small, quite private terrace. The area was quiet. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet.

LithuaniaA bit outdated swimming pool area, not good smell in sauna, the same breakfast every morning and just a few options. Pool open just till 7pm. Most of the staff barely speak english, just italian.
Nice and very clean room, big beautiful terrace, air conditioning, very good massages-recommend, good location-few minutes to town centre and about 15min of foot to the beach

United KingdomI appreciated the attention to details, its a an amazing well-being space and everything is made to provide a calming experience. The outdoor and indoor pools are wonderful, looking at nice mountains with sun-bathing space. The staff are very supportive and always having a smile. My room was a nice experience.
