We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandWell... It would be unfair to be tough, but the place needs lots of time and money to recover its full potential. Once it will be ready, then I will feel like giving honest feedback. Right now you only need to know is that the place is "simple" and won't provide any luxury, but everything is functional.
The place is huge, but I mean it... really huge! Looking at it from outside, it's like a giant mansion that you can feel how every wall has a story to tell. The place has an enormous potential. Rooms are big and overall comfortable. Privacy is guaranteed in such a huge place. Staff is very friendly and will do their best.

AustraliaThe directions to get from the airport left me lost for an hour at the airport. The room was so hot, hotter than outside and it was hard to sleep. There was one fan between 5 bunk beds.

Netherlandsvety dated. from outside building looks like falling apart, unfortunately many things inside too (windows).rooms only have bed and chair and fan - not even a closet to put stuff away. Towels were fresh but had old stains.
Very good location.. It was clean - shared bathroom spacious with many cabins, and the guys at the reception were helpful and kind. Its good for one, max 2 days but i wouldnt recomend it as a week vacation spot and defo not with kids

Room was big enough to have so many guests, I missed lockable cabinet only, great view at the beach, very good coffee service and this time preferred eat outside or my food....

United StatesIt was a bummer that there were not screens on the windows. Even though we had the fan blowing, it was a hot night so we could not have the windows closed, the mosquitos were very bad. Keep in mind this was July.
It was located across the street from the beach. Easy to get in and out.

Canada1/ That there was NO functioning Stove. The Kitchen area was huge- but yet they couldn't afford to buy a small "hob" or stove. Come on, people need to be able to COOK some food- and not just warm it up...in a microwave. A 'kitchen' in a Hostel needs to be a BASIC necessity and international standard, of what it means to be a GOOD Hostel. 2/ That they had a classic Italian Espresso machine on DISPLAY...yet guests were NOT allowed to use it. Huh?? That makes NO sense. DON'T give your guests...false hope! 3/ That the water in the showers were only 'luke' warm....and never hot. Come on, FIX this! 4/ That there was NO "Tourist Brochures" to assist travellers as to what to see/do...in the area of OSTIA.
It was very close to the Beach. The mattresses and linen were very clean. The Cleaning Crew cleaned exceptionally well, daily. The Eating Area was very clean.

United KingdomI booked a room with a double-door-type view of the sea, hoping to work with a nice view, but was put in a room with a window where I had to stand up to see out of it (so worked with a view of the wall).
The staff are nice. The hotel is in a good location, where you can sea and hear the sea, which is walking distance from good food from Pizza in Piazza and Zaza Kebab, good coffee at l'Angolo del Caffe, nice beer at Beerocracy and a quieter, greener option for caffeine/alcohol at Kimos.
