Great view of the lake from the room. Breakfast selections on the buffet were exceptional and plentiful. Walk to town and ferry is 10-15 minutes. GF restaurant nearby. Parking on site.

This is the only hotel you should consider. The rooms offered everything you needed to sleep comfortably a huge plus with the black out shades. Plenty of toiletries and towels given and you could always ask for more I'd you need. It was perfect location, beautiful walk down the river to the beach which takes you to town in about 10 minutes. They have a local bike rental shop right next to it, lovely people we rented some bikes to cycle the path. The staff were really nice and gave you help whenever you needed it. . And if that's not enough.. my God the breakfast! You cannot skip this glorious breakfast.

The hotel is just great, good rooms, amazong views, you have a have a terrace everywhere you would expect and the views of lake Garda and MonteBaldo are out of this world. The breakfast is gourmet, just excelent with lots of local food to enjoy. It is quite near to the city old center and main atractive of Limone sul Garda. Just amazing, very beautiful Town. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had! Free parking available out front and comfortable clean rooms. The bar makes excellent mixed drinks and the pool area is really private and lovely!

Breakfast is amazing!! Free upgrade! Staff told us about local events and we went. Bikes for rent next door w 20% off. Family run w pure joy and a sense of satisfaction. River walk to beach/swim is next door.

What a wonderful gem of a hotel, superb breakfasts, wonderful staff and the BBQ was a nice additional treat. A short walk got you into the town centre, bike hire next door plus petrol station if needed. We didn't try the evening meal but I'm sure it would also have been excellent, the family who run the hotel should be proud of what they have created!

We were given room right over the bar area. Unfotunately for us, and the hotel, the italian euro game was on the television 2nd night of our 3 night stay. So bar area and terrace had about 100 loud local italians there. It is also a bar used regularly by locals. We are not football fans. Very loud until 2 am.had to shit windowz but could hear them. So a peaceful night drinking wine on our balcony looking over lake garda it was not to be. I did go down to reception but no one there. My wife was pretty upset so we decided to leave a day early and move on. I explained all this to the girl on reception the next morning which was stressful but it took 15 mins for her to agree that we would not have to pay for the 3rd night. Change of room offered but our visit to Limone was reuined so i declined. In the end she apologised which was ok but the grt experience expected was lost. If you stay here ask for a quiet room away from bar.

The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. Despite quite ordinary exterior and interior, the hotel has perfect location and simply amazing food. Breakfast just broke our mind: we fell in love with exquisite breakfast offer to taste local cheese and meat by your own choice. Get ready to spend a lot of time there in the morning just enjoying the food and relaxing on the terrace or inside the restaurant. Window view was as well breathtaking.

The hotel offered everything we needed. We have no complaints or suggestions for improvement.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff made charcuterie plates and eggs to order, along with an assortment of fruit, pasties, juice and more. The hotel was centrally located near the trail head, beach, restaurants and shops. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Staff was friendly and offered a room upgrade with a lake view.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were cosy and clean and we had amazing views over the lake. The breakfast was probably the best I've ever had with a selection of cheeses and hams cut to order, eggs cooked to your liking and a huge array of fruit and pastries. They took pride in it.
