Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryThe breakfast after a week was boring. The cleaning ladies were shouting every morning around 8 am on the corridor saying "Roxy", calling each other. Cleaning was always in the morning, so sleeping relaxed was not possible. Our room was next to the elevator, which was very loud from early morning till late evening. The sea is only clear in the early morning, then due to the sand it is "dirty". There were plastic rubbish in the sea. The umbrella costed 20 EUR/day, without discound from the hotel.
The location of the hotel was very good. The beach is very close. The staff is really nice. Parking was behind the building. The hotel rooms were clean and cooled down with air condition. The size of the room was perfect. Every evening there was an intensive "life" in the street, with lots of nice people. San Marino is very close. The pool was nice for the kids. Overall it was a nice stay.

HungaryHotel Life is an excellent hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are clean modern and comfortable. It is right at the beach so location could not be better. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of foods. Highly recommend this hotel .

The staff was very friendly. When we arrived at the airport there were no taxis so I had to call the hotel and they were so quick and polite to organise a pick up. The receptionist also booked my train ticket to Parma and she chose a quick and reliable train.
