The rooms are spotlessly clean but tired looking. Getting in and out of the bath to have a shower was frankly dangerous with nothing to hold on to.

The oriental looking gentleman in the front desk. I requested him to take a look at my air conditioning in my room due to the room being a little to hot and he came to me making me feel as if I were an inmate in a jail. His argument was that it was too hot outside (which indeed was), but he should have been more polite in his explanation, specially because I approched him in a very friendly fashion. Note: I have been to places with extreme heat, but their air conditioning Systems work better.

The place was according to my expectations.

For some bizarre reason, they do not provide a shower curtain in the bathroom. So the floor gets soaking wet when you take a shower. Not a big deal, but that's about all to dislike.

Room was confortable and clean. Double Pillow's. Enough place in wardrobe with lights. I liked the warm hospitality from reception staff with all necessary answers about city. Verona center is 20min from hotel, walking in beautiful Italian streets with a lot of green.

A great hotel within walking distance of the city centre. You can choose a free surface parking lot or an underground parking lot for a reasonable fee. Definitely recommend!

The dining room and massage were closed on Sunday?!🙄 This a tourist hotel, surely they can hire masseuse and dining room staff that are willing to work on a Sunday?!

- The blinds to the window was were hard to open. As a result I ended up keeping them closed. - The bathroom amenities such as the soap and shampoo could’ve been nicer.

- The room was exactly like advertised on the website 🙂 Nice bed, really comfy. Lovely room layout. I liked that they had one long counter table and another small table with chairs. Nice air conditioning in the room too. - It was really handy that the room had a kettle and a refrigerator, and they provide free water bottles. - The bathroom was nice too and there was lots of towels. - A lovely breakfast buffet which was really delicious and filling. - There was a on-site bar/coffee section.

I ordered one double and one twin room, but got two double rooms. Hotel claimed not to have received this request, and could not accommodate it when we arrived.

Very confortable, large room, good wifi, parking on the street for free and close to the hotel, you can walk to the city center about 30 minutes. Also the breakfeast was tasty.

The bed was an old wooden squicky bed. The pillows were not very comfortable. During a thunderstrom water was coming in through the window. The elevators are old and don't feel super safe. The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to the historical center of Verona where everything happens. If I would go back, I would choose to live somewhere closer to the center.

Very clean hotel. Big room and big bathroom. Great room temperature. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast. They were cleaning the room everyday and they were refilling the fridge with water. Overall a nice experience to live there.

It would be nice to have a shower curtain or a way to better keep water from getting on the floor.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. I really appreciated the blinds that blocked the light. It was a nice walk to the center of the city. Breakfast was great, with a good array of choices. We also ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it was very good too.

We had a really good stay, so only two minor minor points could have been better. One of our windows seemed difficult to close fully, so it let in a bit of noise (which wasn’t a problem until one night, when there was a thunderstorm). The final thing was that some of the staff were a bit curt.

We had good breakfast with many options. The beds and room were very comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers additional amenities like the spa and wellness for an extra charge. The area the hotel is in is quiet and the room can be made very dark because of the shutters, which help keep it cool and create a good night’s sleep. The staff at reception were helpful and kind.
