Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe bathtube was a little bit untidy/rusty. The breakfast is served from 7 a.m., which was a little bit late for us, as we wanted to catch trains early in the morning.
This hotel has a very good price-value balance, and it is relatively close to the old town (15 minutes walk), but situated in a residential neighborhood. There are supermarkets (e.g. Lidl, Conad) close to this hotel.

Beautiful bedroom located in the new section of the hotel. The bed is so comfortable. Everything spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely and really helpful. Free parking is a major plus too. 10 min drive to the city centre or €15 in a taxi. Don’t let the initial look of the outside of the property put you off. Inside, this is a beautiful hotel. Highly recommend

FinlandThe air conditioning didn't work. Even after it was fixed, it wasn't powerful enough and it was hot in the room. The shower was filthy and looked old. The water pressure was extremely low. The bed was too hard.
There was lots of free parking and a great breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, muesli, yoghurt, toast etc.), a big large bed. There was a fridge in the room.
