Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandPerhaps the gym could have better options for strength exercises. It's good enough for cardio, however, an improvement would complement the experience.
We enjoyed our two nights stay at Hotel Leopardi. Everything is as described, walkable distance to tourist attractions, a very good breakfast and very friendly staff. We booked our Christmas lunch with them and it was simply perfect, we couldn't ask for more.

IrelandI found socks under my bed that weren’t mine, and the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable to use because there’s no shower curtain and it’s very easy to get the floor wet because you’re really exposed. Also, I wish they had a sign that said the water is in the fridge. Other hotels in Italy leave it on the table, so I assumed there wasn’t any.
Great location, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and overall a really pleasant hotel to stay in. Also, because I had no idea, but they keep the water in the mini fridge. The bed was super comfortable and considering I came for a marathon, I was able to get plenty of rest.

When arrived, one elevator was working out of the two. 3 hours later, none of them was working. Of course our room was on the highest floor, ie..4-th. The room was viewing the busy traffic street, a crane on the other side of the road, with a construction work.The hotel's exterior is very old, looks like beeing one step before the renovation. Breakfast was the best part of it.

NetherlandsApparently my neck didn't like the pillow.. I had huge neck pain after the last night. The noise coming from the street near by was quite high. I thought the window was open because the noise was so loud but it wasn't... I had to sleep with earplugs. It also takes 25 minutes to get to the center by walk 45minutes to the castle, 30 minutes to the station. It's not much but when you are walking the whole day you appreciate to have something closer (or get a bus). Also you can leave your luggage in the hotel if you leave late on the checkout or you arrive early on your check-in, however they place the luggage outside where everyone passes by. We weren't very sure if our luggage would still be there. It didn't feel very safe tbh.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Beds were comfy but last night I appeared with a huge neck pain so probably the pillows did something to my neck. They have a note to let them know if you want to change them but being the last night it was too late.

AustriaPoint of criticism for breakfast: vending machine coffee, very watery. Buns (small white bread loaves) are bland in taste.
The accommodation is about 25 minutes walk from the city center. Parking on site (underground parking 10 € per day - a charging station for electric cars is available). The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious, you can darken the windows. Windows are a bit noisy (not a point of criticism). Junior suite with whirlpool is incredibly spacious. Bathroom is large, flush is a bit out of place (you get used to it). Everything you need for a weekend stay is available. The breakfast is good, from jam to ham, cheese, egg, tomatoes, mozzarella etc. there is everything.

They made a mistake on our booking and only had a twin room. But as newlyweds we wanted a double, so they upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Its a decent walk into the city but we knew that. A beautiful city.
