Fantastic place to stay in Florence. Excellent location. Easily walkable from train station. Central for everything we wished to do. Lovely individually themed rooms, huge. A unique place to stay. Great breakfast with view to river. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou to Tomasso for looking after us so well.

The breakfast was exceptional. It really got the day started well. The staff were all so kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was an interesting mix of traditional and contemporary decor. The platform provided the perfect view of the bridge and Arno river.

Excellent location, a historic building (felt like we've stayed in a museum), super friendly staff. The receptionist, Daniela, told us a brief history of the city, what are the most interesting attractions, and gave us some useful hints.

Wi-Fi was a little bit patchy.

Friendly staff and huge suite for 4 of us. We weren’t expecting to be in such an amazing historical building where lots of the original features have been incorporated with modern touches. The communal areas are stunning. A short walk to all the sites and lots of great restaurants just over the bridge.

Location was excellent - Right on the Arno. Breakfast was typical. The most important facet of the hotel - the incredible staff - always there with a smile and always ready to make a recommentation.

Sofa Bathroom floors needed more in-depth cleaning

Great service from Andre!! He was so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and he made all the difference to Leone Blu Suites! We really became fond of him! If we return to Florence we will choose This renovated palace again. The one negative comment is the couch was very uncomfortable and bathroom floor could use a cleaning. On the plus side- breakfast was amazing and with a great variety to choose from and we found the dining room a special way to start our day!

1 night noises from neighbor at different times throughout night , even though a great location we could still hear car noises /people as if the windows were opened .

Location was perfect. The room has everything you need . King bed was comfortable. The decor was beautiful and takes you back in time. We had full river view from our room Guiliana. Andrea was fantastic. He truly goes out of his way to take care of you. accommodating and helpful. The ENTIRE staff was lovely.

Both rooms we reserved were amazing. Beautiful and so much room. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was great. I couldn't imagine that anyone would be disappointed when opening the door to their room! The view of the River is one of the best in the city. Really fun to have the Palace experience in Florence.
