We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Comfortable hotel stay close to FCO airport. Breakfast was good and we dined in the bar area for which the kitchen was open until late at night. The room was good. We utilised the regular shuttle to get to the airport. We were also grateful to the hotel for allowing us to check out a little later.

It was very close to the FICO Rome airport and convenient for early departures. They provide shuttle service (pick up or drop off) or can arrange a private taxi. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the room clean and spacious. Nice happy hour in the bar and a full service restaurant for meals. Pool was closed for the season but it looked nice.

The evening meal staff was short staffed. The old guy very rude and shouldn't be a waiter. We sat down first and he waited on 4 tables that where seated after us, before he waited on us. My steak was raw. I asked for mw. Returned it and was bloody again! He took our order and never came back to our table again. We just asked anyone walking by for help. Fire him even if he is the mgr!

United StatesLots of long halls and steps to move luggage along if you take the wrong elevator! Hardly any English TV stations so kind of boring to stay in the room for a long time.
10 minutes with shuttle to airport for 6 Euro per person. Nice bar with appetizers and a drink for 10 Euro per person. A 10 minute walk to several restaurants

United StatesThe air conditioning was blasting in the room making it very cold. We had to ask how to turn it off. May be nice to turn the cool air temperature down or give better instructions at the thermostat how to turn it off.
We like the dinner better than at comparable hotels. The staff is very quick and well organized and the food is tasty with good choices. The options seem to be the same every times, but that's not a problem, since we are there only two times a year).
