The bathroom has a thin glass sliding door with large gaps therefore there is not total privacy when using the bathroom. Be careful who you share room with as bathroom offers little privacy. Room was on the smaller side.

We had a room at the last floor so ceiling was very low in a part of the room which made it very uncomfortable.

The room is not very soundproof, our room is right next to the reception and the noise of people walking and children running is quite noticeable. The shower head does not work, only the sprinkler shower can be used. It can take about 30 minutes to get to the top by car, so it's best to come during the day.

Beautiful hotel at the top of the mountain. There are amazing views all around, they offer excellent food in the restaurant, buffet starter and two dishes with good portion, great and welcoming staff, it's very convenient to park the car.

Small cozy hotel with the very good breakfast. The rooms are not so big, but for one night perfect decision. Just 30 min away from Karese lake. So if you are going from Milan you can start from Karese lake and then stay at this hotel.

Location is not properly set up in google maps and waze, we were lost for 45 min, not the only guest who had the same issue. At arrival nobody at the reception for at least 10min.

During my stay, there were some guests which would be quite noisy during early mornings. While it's understandable that people make noise when leaving the room, running in the corridors and having loud talks seems unnecessary. Also, this is not a critique to the hotel itself, but possibly to some of the future readers of this comments. Another point of contention was the shared breakfast room with a nearby hotel. During my stay, the influx of guests from both hotels resulted in a crowded and somewhat chaotic atmosphere in the morning. Lines formed for coffee, toasted bread, and the pastry section. Moreover, despite the hotel's amazing view of the Dolomites, its location posed challenges for travellers aiming to explore the region's attractions. Being far from the main roads made it less than ideal for those wanting to efficiently access various points of interest, which might deter visitors with a packed itinerary.

The hotel has a modern ambiance. The staff members were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast, with a spread of tasty pastries and coffee. The room itself was comfortable, boasting all the essential amenities one would expect. I particularly appreciated the inclusion of a closet, which allowed for easy organization and storage of personal belongings. Lastly, the convenience of included parking cannot be understated. Given the lack of free parking options nearby, having a dedicated parking space eased the stress of finding a suitable spot, which in the Dolomites region is a constant.

It would be nice for the hotel to put a sign for incoming drivers to know they can enter the paid parking lot and it will be validated for hotel guests. Deciding where to park when we first arrived was a little confusing.

It is a nice modern hotel in a great scenic location near the top of a hill. The included breakfast was complete, with plenty of options, cooked items as well. The hosts were accommodating to our needs in every regard.

I got a room number 4 on the ground floor until late at night it was very noisy, someone had a party and I had to wake up in the morning with my whole family and go on to Venezia on vacation. Everything would be great but this noise was one big tragedy.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. Our room had a balcony with a view of the mountains, which were stunning.

Hotel Leonard was an amazing experience. We checked in and couldn't believe we got to stay at a hotel that nice. The facilities were very modern and clean, the setting is gorgeous, and the breakfast, which we paid for, was incredible. Such a good value. The bathrooms looked they had recently been renovated and came fully equipped with all the necessary features.
