No meals except breakfast. No lounge or bar. Bedroom lacked milk for the tea and coffee. Poor sound proofing between rooms. No general information leaflet in the room and the phone did not seem to be connected to reception.

Central location. Large bedroom and excellent bathroom and shower. Very good comprehensive breakfast. Fridge. Servicing of the room was of a high standard.

Shame that the suite didn't have an area separate from the bedrooms for us to sit together. The wifi was very poor, worst of any of the places we stayed at in Italy. There can be noise from the square late at night and early in the morning so if you're a light sleeper, take earplugs. No kettle.

Hotel was a short walk from the station and Duomo, Accademia etc which was ideal for us. Breakfast was great, good selection (no hot options). We shared the suite which was a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one smallish twin without a door and one large double). There was a fridge. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was good.

Balcony/patio area on 5th floor (rm 501) in need of painting and tidying up. Also didn't like how it seemed to back onto a private accommodation sharing the same space.

On a hot 37 degrees Celsius summer the air conditioning was old, noisy and ineffective so the room was stifling hot very uncomfortable. Also the WiFi is terrible- don’t book here if you need it for work or anything. We stayed last year and mentioned it was not working , many reviews say the same, and the hotel has not touched it since our last visit- same password.

I liked everything except the Wi-Fi. It was bad but outside of that I have no complaints. The location is spectacular and the rooms were spacious and clean and the AC was working great which is a big deal in the mid summer. The breakfast had beautiful options, such as different type of ham, cheese and salami and boiled eggs, bread, and all types of pastries..

The wi-fi is awful, couldn't be worse as I had to work a few times and couldn't do anything. The rest was all via 4G, so be aware of that. The "double bed" is literally two beds put together and not really comfy. Some rooms are very good in terms of size, but mine was small and the bathroom was not good.

The localization is a huge bonus, a good walk from the train station but close enough to almost everything in Firenze. We had to take the bus to go far only. The rest we did walking. The breakfast is also good. Staff very lovely and great with English as we needed advice for a couple of things and they meet all the expectations.

The air conditioning units are a little weak but after some time the room temperature was fine.

The staff is very gentle. The hotel is very well located in a central place. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. The room was spacious, comfortable, pleasant and clean and with enough space for the luggage. The beds were comfortable. A spacious and well distributed bathroom with towels, soap, etc.
