Breakfast was not available despite what appears on the website. That wasn’t an issue for us but it needs to be made clear when booking.

Host was excellent, very responsive and made us feel very welcome. Location was superb. Apartment was clean and functional.

That it's not possible to open the windows at night. Actually there were no windows, just the door which didn't seem safe to leave open.

I'm not sure why they call themselves B&B, there was no breakfast. But as I had to leave early, it didn't matter to me.

- It's a shared property and the boys staying in the room next to ours were very loud. We could hear them come back to the apartment late at night. - The door to our room was very difficult to lock from the inside because it's an old one, and for a moment I thought we'd have to sleep with an unlocked door, given that there are strangers in the other room, which was frustrating. Thankfully,, the landlord was very responsive after I messaged her about that and she explained to me how I can make the door lock, which worked and the problem was resolved.

Generally everything is fine :) Classic Italian rooms with high ceilings. Street was a bit noisy, but for me was fine, as I sleep with earplugs.

The Internet didn´t work well all the time.

The location was great, it´s close to the historic upper town, around there were many possibilities to find a good eating place. Also the train station it´s about 12 minutes walk.

the guests that stayed at the same time as us were very loud in early hours of the morning, waking us up. they also left the shared bathroom very dirty with wet floors.

honestly nothing, but its true that it is an old building and it can get very cold. Also I shower with extremely hot water and, even though it was hot, it wasn’t as hot as I like it

We wanted to drop off our luggage at 11 as communicated with the host but we weren’t let in until 12 without any proper communication, we just kept waiting in the rain. The bed isn’t super comfortable and you can hear the guests in other room pretty well even with door closed

The button to open the door from inside wasn't obvious. A little sticker would be good.

Location is awesome. Surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Short walk to most major attractions. The owner was awesome.

Great location and really helpful reception. The check in times are restricted and the hotel doesn’t have a reception as it’s self check in but the lady who dealt with the booking was so helpful in managing the check in after a delayed flight.

All good, although I’d suggest that they put a bin and a mirror in the bedroom. Seemed strange not having them there! But, not an issue.

Michela was so helpful, letting us drop our bags off early, so we could follow her advice and walk to the old city. The room was a described - basic, but comfortable. The place is in the heart of a busy and vibrant part of Bergamo, with plenty of wonderful bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. And, an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Michela for a lovely stay!

Nothing. Just good to know: the address of the location is on 5 Vie street and the door the guests use after getting the keys is on Piazza Pontida, near a coffee bar.

Very good location. Very big room, with nice furniture. I also had acces to a shared terrace. The bathroom is shared with just another room. There is a lot of distance between the two rooms, actually I hardly noticed the other guest.
