You could hear everything from the apartment upstairs and there are some bizarre rules about the kitchen - you can use it if you stay more than 1 day - this is very interesting as I have never seen something like that in any other apartment

We did have a sudden storm that blew water up underneath the tiles and it leaked into the room. But staff were very helpful and quick in response: no harm done. :)

A lovely loft apartment with lots of space, and a great location right in the middle of town. We really appreciated the fridge and all the facilities. 24 hour car parking was nearby and we could easily arrange to load and unload luggage at the property. Staff were very helpful and responded quickly to messages.

Considerably difficult to get a response to messages requiring linen for the sofa bed - having booked and paid for it. It eventually arrived after 9pm. We were surprised by the rule of not being allowed to cook when only spending one night.

We drove and parking was about 10 mins walk away.Nearest overnight parking is about 10 mins away and would be around EUR27 as it is in zone 2.A lot of paperwork too...need to submit passports of all guests and car plate number before self check in code will be issued.No cooking condiments and coffee/tea, just basic pans and plates and crockery. Sofa bed in DUOMO room sinks in uncomfortably.The staircase is also inconvenient ( though not so for us).Will not return - it's a let down.

Location is a big plus.Easy enough to walk everywhere.

A lovely, stylish and well equipped apartment in a very central location. Easy access to the apartment and good communication with the host. Good air conditioning and wifi.

Need to be careful with bumping your head since the beams are a little low in places. Also didn't realise we were only supposed to use the kitchen if staying more than 1 night though as it turned out we didn't need to use it anyway.

Location is excellent, very close to the lake and all the restaurants, bars etc. Check in was easy and the apartment had everything we needed.

The stairs leading to the mezzanine bed are a bit wobbly - not a major issue, but it could be a risk for small children or people with limited mobility.

Fantastic location, right behind the Duomo and minutes away from the lake front, many restaurants and all the nice things in the centre of Como. Impeccably clean flat, with new and powerful air conditioning. Lots of space. Comfortable beds, nice new bathroom with large shower cabin and complimentary toiletries. Super-responsive and kind host/owner - grazie ancora, Elisabetta!

The 90 stairs to climb or descend toand from the 3rd floor each and every time we entered or left the building.

The cleanliness, friendly and helpful nature of the owners, including their offer to upgrade to other premises nearby at a discounted rate due to the lack of an elevator to the third floor. The new accommodation was exceptional. The original accommodation was satisfactory.

The room is on the 4th floor, no elevator, narrow stairs.

The location can't be beat, a short walk (1min) to the cathedral and all the tourists spots. 5min walk to the lake. On the first floor there is an fantastic italian resturant that is a must try. Great AC. Big windows that open up to the street, great view of the mountain.

Our taxi driver dropped us off in the street, beside a big wooden door. This I assumed was the one we were instructed to, but it had no keypad. It was only after 10mins of panic that we realised it was the wrong door! Ours was the opposite door, at the restaurant entrance! I wish the restaurant had been mentioned in the instructions. And the door number 6 was obscured by fairy lights and vines.

Loved the great central location, just a minute into town and the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. A very attractive apartment.

These apartments are not for those with mobility issues , lots of steps and no lift . But the biggest issue for us was the noise at night from the restaurant in the building and from other apartment users shouting at each other when going up and down the stairs .

These are in a great location , just 10 mins walk from the train station and Lake ferry terminal . Perfect location . Lots of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk . The apartment was a nice size and simply but tastefully furnished . The staff are very helpful and respond to question promptly before arrival .

Very few cooking pots & pans, no cooking oil, spices or anything. But was able to make my kids pancakes in the morning.

The location is excellent. Parking garage was also nearby. Duomo, lake, stores, restaurants, etc are all in walking distance. Need to climb up stairs to get to the apartment.

The location is stunning, right next to Cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta and next to Lake Como. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around. Elisabetta is super nice, quick and detailed informations for whatever you need for your vacation. As a side note: if you travel to Como by car, there are a lot of spaces where you can park, but make sure to not drive into the city centre without permission (you can look it up on Como website)
