It was lovely nothing to not like.

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Toiletries and towels provided. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The position was excellent and the steps that you have to take to the Hotel were not nearly as difficult as previous reviews have said and the views are lovely of the Dome on the church on the walk into town. I would love to stay there again and would definitely recommend the Hotel.

Only downside is it’s a bit of a hike to restaurants. Uphill on the way back! But that’s just being picky and more of a note than a dislike.

This was an awesome place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the setting was beautiful and the room very spacious and comfortable. Would’ve loved to stay longer. The pool was great after a long day and very relaxing. Could not rate this hotel any higher. HIGHLY recommend.

What could be improved? The property offers a charger for EVs, but its too basic and charges very slowly. Many competitors offering the charger for EVs have built proper stations, to be more competitive you could get a better charger. Another aspects is breakfast. I missed a bit wider variety of choices :)

The room was clean and quite modern with a huge balcony. The hotel is located in nice area near the city center but you will need to use stairs to get there, which some guests my find challenging. Staff was friendly and helpful :)

Location is close proximity to train station and main square. Staff cannot do enough for you, even serving drinks at the pool. Hotel is fully air conditioned throughout. Rooms are very modern and lovely. Even did us a suprise cake for our honeymoon, would highly recommmed this hotel if you are planning to stay in lake como. Room was very modern and spacious, breakfast was amazing good selection.

There were 72 steps to get down to the town. That’s it!

Its location. The room was comfortable and clean. There was an intimate cosy atmosphere about the place. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The pool was a godsend. A veritable oasis in the middle of town! The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Happily recommend it.

Most gorgeous property in Como. So happy to have found it through booking.com and the great reviews. The staff were so lovely and facilities are great. We had such a gorgeous, spacious suite. Breakfast is beautiful - such a selection. Drinks by the pool were fab and the staff left complimentary shots for after dinner! So close to walk to the town for dinner and to explore Como. Can’t wait to return!

Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and made our stay really special. Everything was perfect, including our room, the location, and the vegan breakfast! I can't recommend staying here enough. We were incredibly sad to leave and would love to come back!

From arrival there’s a relaxed, warm and welcoming atmosphere unlike a traditional hotel but with all the benefits of hotel style servicing! Breakfasts are great, lots of choice, pool is lovely, our room was large and comfortable. It’s just a short walk to the centre of Como. Staff are super helpful too.
