The climb was a little steep to reach the property but can be easily overcome by getting a taxi to drop you there with your luggage

We stayed in a ground floor room and it seems to have a bit of a damp issue, it wasn’t too much of a problem but a musty smell was noticeable.

Great location, not far from the old town. Our apartment had plenty of space and a little fridge. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and even left my husband a sweet treat on his birthday which was a nice touch.

We liked everything about this hotel, except there are no wash clothes in the bathrooms

We had a fabulous experience at this hotel. Check in was a breeze. Once we unloaded suitcases, we were able to park our rental car in a private garage. Our room overlooked the beautiful gardens. The walk into town was easy and close to the Brunate Funicular, which we rode to the top and had dinner overlooking Lake Como. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Hated to leave

Everything was clean, the welcome was lovely. Our room was beautiful and the location was perfect. The staff were 10/10, helpful, kind, pleasant and respectful. We honestly couldn’t fault our stay whatsoever. We will definitely be back and have recommended the property to friends and family.

The villa is very beautiful, and the room had all the needed amenities. Breakfast is delicious and the location is convenient. Staffs are truly amazing! My only comment, is to have reception 24/7.

It was lovely nothing to not like.

Lovely comfortable and clean room. Toiletries and towels provided. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The position was excellent and the steps that you have to take to the Hotel were not nearly as difficult as previous reviews have said and the views are lovely of the Dome on the church on the walk into town. I would love to stay there again and would definitely recommend the Hotel.

Only downside is it’s a bit of a hike to restaurants. Uphill on the way back! But that’s just being picky and more of a note than a dislike.

This was an awesome place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the setting was beautiful and the room very spacious and comfortable. Would’ve loved to stay longer. The pool was great after a long day and very relaxing. Could not rate this hotel any higher. HIGHLY recommend.

What could be improved? The property offers a charger for EVs, but its too basic and charges very slowly. Many competitors offering the charger for EVs have built proper stations, to be more competitive you could get a better charger. Another aspects is breakfast. I missed a bit wider variety of choices :)

The room was clean and quite modern with a huge balcony. The hotel is located in nice area near the city center but you will need to use stairs to get there, which some guests my find challenging. Staff was friendly and helpful :)

Location is close proximity to train station and main square. Staff cannot do enough for you, even serving drinks at the pool. Hotel is fully air conditioned throughout. Rooms are very modern and lovely. Even did us a suprise cake for our honeymoon, would highly recommmed this hotel if you are planning to stay in lake como. Room was very modern and spacious, breakfast was amazing good selection.

There were 72 steps to get down to the town. That’s it!

Its location. The room was comfortable and clean. There was an intimate cosy atmosphere about the place. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. The pool was a godsend. A veritable oasis in the middle of town! The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Happily recommend it.
