Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

wow - I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Its a newly refurbished hotel The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and immaculate, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. and cosiness The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from my window was simply wow with the versilia trees above One of the highlights of my stay was the location of the hotel, which is conveniently close to the beach and many charming shops and restaurants. This made it easy to explore the area woth the free electric and non electric bikes the hotel provides . Overall, my stay at La Serena Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and the general manager stefano was always a great help

new hotel , great location ( close enough to beach and town center but also area is in a peaceful / serene neighborhood of forte away from the noisy hustle bustle - staff were great and genuinely want to make you feel at home

United StatesGreat hotel. Super comfortable from the moment we arrived. Ideally located close to the best beach clubs, local restaurants and the town. Staff was extremely welcoming and the overall vibe made us feel at home. Rooms were newly renovated, extremely well done with attention to detail and super functional for a beach/holiday vacation. The art/design was hands down the best part. Food offerings were also great - chef accommodated all of our requests which made my wife and kids very happy. Overall a great place and can't wait to go back and spend an extended period of time.
