If we were staying longer we would want more space. Noise from the corridor probably due the position of the room and the other guests.

Great place easy to find. Reception were so welcoming and helpful. Parking was easy and safe. The room was good but a little on the tight and basic side (great shower). For Brit's think nice Premier Inn, twin beds a little narrow but comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff attentive in the dining room. Easy walk into the center of town.

Beautiful small hotel , love the 2 swimming pool , rooms are nice and breakfast supplied anything we needed for - boiled eggs, good bread, jams , coffee, cheese . The lake is near the hotel, and you can walk 30 seconds to get there. Worth the price

The hotel could do with a bit of a revamp, but considering the location and free parking it is really good value for money. We really enjoyed our stay :-)

The location of the hotel is magnificent, right at lake Bolsena. In addition, to the beach of the lake, which is right across the street, there are also two swimming pools at your disposal. We had a room with a balcony and lake view, so nothing wrong there. There was a big air-con unit on our balcony, but fortunately it was on when we were not there or sleeping. The hotel is an enjoyable walk by the lake away from Bolsena.

The bathroom may need some minor updates, (toilet was a bit loose & shower door didn’t close easily). The AC in the bedrooms are very cold but hard to figure out, wish we had a bit of instructions. Otherwise no issues whatsoever. 🙏🏼

The location (steps from the water) was amazing, the breakfast was nice, the staff were kind & polite. The elevator was helpful. AC was powerful.

It was the perfect location, super close to the lake, nice restaurants around. The hotel has 2 swimming pools and it's dog friendly - a perfect combination for us. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed.

Only minor things! A kettle in the room was only provided in the suites - not possible to borrow one. However, we were able to obtain a pot of hot water from the cafe to take to the room. Not a big issue at all, but we do like a cup of tea morning and night! The bed was very hard, but obviously a matter of personal taste.

Very helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. The location was great, overlooking the lake, and an easy walk to the old town. Good sized pools, with plenty of recliners and parasols.

Waterfront location, we booked a room with a balcony, on request staff supplied a bottle of wine so we could sit out and watch the sun go down over the lake. A nice hotel at a reasonable price. Pleasant staff.

The sunbeds by the pool were old, we couldn't rent towels for the pool. The beach on the lake was nice but I think the hotel should put there some umbrellas and beds as well.

Great and beautiful town, very good hotel. Literally by the lake. Good breakfast, with variety and fresh coffee. Clean rooms, with all the facilities. One big clean pool. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very good location, with good restaurants and bars in walking distance. We loved our stay.
