We love it here! Great facilities, lovely bathroom, comfiest bed, clean and comfortable. Lovely location, only a few minutes walk from the train station which was perfect for us. Had a brief issue with water temperature and the owner was with us in minutes to assist, and the issue was rectified immediately. Thank you to him for his time and effort!

Couldn’t find a towel to dry the dishes, that is the only minor thing I would add.

Beautiful apartment, with everything you could need. Very modern with high ceilings and a lovely little balcony felt super safe and secure and easy access to the building. Wish we had longer here. Daniele was an amazing host with plenty of tips and helped us arrange some e-bikes and a sail on a boat. Would highly recommend. Thank you Daniele

There are no bedside lights. 2 small comfortable chairs would have been nice for when it was raining which it did.

The apartment is a short walk from the station and the lake. Excellent panificio a few steps away which opens early. A local bar also a few steps away. Access was easy with codes and communication with the owner was excellent.

Nothing to dislike. As listed, a coffee machine was available for use (& the ability to heat a mug of hot water in the microwave) however I would like to recommend the addition of a small electric kettle for the tea drinkers among us! The bunch of keys is quite bulky to carry around, but not a major issue. This may have been mentioned previously. I also agree with another reviewer, that it would be nice to have a comfortable chair available - if room could be found for it. It would seem quite an effort to collapse the large sofa bed each day, just to get a comfortable seat.

Excellent central location within 10 minutes walk from train station. Close to numerous cafes, restaurants, supermarket, & shops, as well as the ability to walk alongside the picturesque shoreline of Lake Como. Quiet, comfortable, extremely clean apartment - including a superb shower! It has the added bonuses of a view from the balcony, a lift, a cafe below at street level, & a gate at the front entrance which is locked at night giving added security.

We wished there was a real bed instead of a folded couch bed. We think there’s enough space for a real bed. It would have been a 10 out of 10 for us. Nevertheless, we knew about it beforehand and it was still a really good accomodation.

There is only one (although big 3-door) window, thus the room may not be as bright as expected. It did not matter though as we were using the flat only to get some sleep ;)

Very convenient location, clean, tidy and quiet place with spacious room and bright, big bathroom. Very well equipped, big TV, cosy balcony and nice kitchen. Close to shops and restaurants. Garage available, although for small/medium cars rather ;) Very nice and welcoming host.

Clean flat at Lecco center, easy to reach faery boats and train station. Landlord Daniele was also lovely and provided all necessary information and tips for our stay. Recommend 10/10.

I think the owner could leave a bit more toilet paper in the apartment - 2 rolls are not a lot for 3 days (and given the price of the apartment, it should not be necessary to buy your own one). It was not possible to leave my suitcase in the apartment, although I had everything fully packed and only asked to leave it there until noon.

Creaky bed and no street view.

Excelent place directly in the centre. Clean and large attic room, caring and helpful owner, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, fast wi-fi, possibility to buy secure parking in the garage directly under the apartment, elevator, small but nice terrace, delicious breakfast in Cafeterria Santa Marta. And I can't forget the wonderful dinners at that Autentico restaurant 80 meters from the apartment.

Uncomfortable bed.

Perfect location in a centre of Lecco, quiet neighborhood. Nice and cozy apartment with big bathroom and all amenities what you might need. We loved breakfast at the local caffee shop, nice service and delicious croissants!

Air condition was not yet working perfectly (the machine was pretty noisy) but we understood that it's still work in process.

The apartment was really good for couple's stay in Lecco. It was brand new and everything was clean and cozy. The location of apartment was perfect: it was in the middle of the city but still extremely quiet. Owners were nice and helpful!
