We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyOur experience was soured by the attitude of the staff. Despite already paying a premium for parking, I was surprised when they requested an additional fee for extending my parking by just a few hours. This seemed unnecessary, especially given that there were free parking spaces. While the hotel’s location and building are top-notch, the staff’s approach to customer service and the cramped bathroom space could certainly use some improvement.
The location is absolutely fantastic. Nestled right in the heart of the city, it’s within walking distance to all the major attractions and good restaurants. The building itself is charming and well-maintained, blends beautifully with the surrounding architecture. The rooms were spacious and clean.
