I do believe that the rugs in the apartment need to be either replaced or thoroughly cleaned. Their appearance really detracted from the apartment. The kitchen cabinet doors are dangerous when opened because they do not recess and very easily can be a hazard. An operational light under the cabinets would make that dark area easier to use

The location was exceptional within walking distance to the Vatican . The elevator was very much appreciated after walking all day. Many restaurants with different choices were easy to find. The washing machine was a great addition to the apartment, a dryer would be above and beyond. The kitchen was supplied well with plates, glasses and pots. The Expresso was a very nice touch.

Hot water was a little temperamental in the shower but we figured it out.

Host was outstanding. She made transfer arrangements, found a place for our daughter to stay her first night (she got there before we did and Le Cupoline was fully booked), and met our daughter to make sure she got settled in her accommodations. Even though she was on holiday while we were there, we communicated several times via WhatsApp; she was also quick to response and very helpful. Location was wonderful. You could see the dome of St. Peter's from the bedroom.

Wi-Fi had some glitches. The dryer didn’t work well. Other than that, it was cool and very comfortable! The hostess was incredibly accommodating and answered all of our questions even once we had throughout our stay.

I have nothing negative to say!

What a gorgeous, spotless and elegant apartment! Our host Stefania was very helpful, accommodating and warm. This apartment is so close to St. Peter's Square and there are plenty of restaurants, shops and everything you need within walking distance. The street is very quiet and we slept so well. The view of St. Peter's Dome is stunning, and we could not have been happier! Also the air conditioning was superb! It was over 100 degrees F. when we there, but we were able to relax and cool off in the afternoons in this lovely apartment. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to stay there again if we are ever lucky enough to come back!

Elevator is very old fashioned, which was a little unnerving, but it worked perfectly. Only suggestion would be that a wider range of TV channels, eg international English language news channels, would’ve been good for winding down in the evening. Everything else was great.

Great to have so much space in the apartment as a family of 4, and a bedroom each for the kids. It was quite hot outside on some days, so really welcoming to come back to such a comfortable air conditioned apartment. Apartment was really clean with comfortable beds and in a secure building. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Vatican Museums and St Peter’s Square, with Ottaviano Metro only a few minutes walk away. It seems a nice neighbourhood, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from on neighbouring blocks.

We loved the location and this spacious apartment. Stefania greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour and overview of the pertinent features of the apartment, as well as outlining some local restaurants, bus and metro lines close by, and major tourist spots on a city map, which was very helpful.

I just could not see anything wrong with this apartment.

Wow, what a hidden gem in the middle of Rome right outside Vatican. This was such a perfect location right in the middle of a square, only a block away from Vatican. Very clean, large 3-bedroom apartment. You could open all windows, new and modern bathroom and kitchen. Had a washer as well. Water from the sink drinkable. 4th floor and has an elevator. No one complained any hour you went in or came out of the apartment. Owner/Manager Stefania was gave us a good roundup on the apartment and of the neighborhood. She was absolutely non-intrusive. You are 2 bocks away from the metro station. Taxi stand right outside the apartment. This apartment made my stay so wonderful, I wished I had booked another night here instead of Naples.

To no fault of the apartment owner the apartment above had a lot of noisy tenants most hours of the night and early morning. The building attendant wasn't helpful or very friendly but everything else was amazing!

The host was great, she went out of her way to meet us after long travels! The location was fantastic! Perfect for family with a variety of age ranges. Glad there was an elevator for heavy luggage! The host was fabulous!
