It is located in a very local district, and within walking distance from both the central square as well as the beach, which is quite good. The bathroom was shared, but usually clean. It is air conditioned, we just stayed one night so it was good in general for the price offered.

One bathrooms seems wasn’t able to lock and missing living part since it’s a 2 bedroom flat converted into 2 dorms and kitchen next to it. Only I asked if towel is available and I never recieved an answer , yea they are available for only €2 and that more than fair . l liked it through little things it’s an great option in the town.

That I could check in late, even with my flight delayed for one hour. Just after midnight €10 fee but it was transparent and she was nice . The location is nearby Altough Catania isn’t the nicest city, local bakeries and coffees serving me even without speaking any English . Air conditioner available which is very important for the siccily heat . Nice build

The room was nice but the air-conditioning started beeping at 4am for some reason and was to my mind being controlled from somewhere else as we couldn't match the settings with the remote control to the air-conditioning. And now after our stay ended i still haven't gotten any answer to that problem through booking so if you struggle there with smth, then asking them through chat won't probably solve anything. Second of all was the unpleasant staff right while we entered the accommodation. On booking it says check-in is from 0.00 till 0.00 again which to me means nonstop. And when we entered, our room wasn't cleaned, the cleaning lady didn't know a word in english and she pointed at a tag saying check-in is from 1 pm while we stood there at 10am ready to rest after a stressful night of traveling to get to Catania. Throughout her presence, she kept shouting all the time and when she got mad, she just phoned the owner who i think should be there at least while the guests check-in cuz she seems to be the only one who knows english. Right when she called the owner, the owner lady started shouting at me when i told her i hadn't known we should have paid in cash which wasn't said anywhere, literally anywhere. And when i paid and wanted the receipt for it, i was told i would be given that later which never happened. The staff itself changed and in the evening (i mean 11pm) it should be aware to be quiet which they didn't respect as well and this time the man working at the reception probably got bored and invited 2 other guys to come over for some time and they kept being loudly even after being told we wanted to sleep. Really annoying. If you think there's a wifi, then lucky you, there is but only for the staff as it works only in the surroundings by the reception and doesn’t reach any of the rooms.

the only thing i liked was the room itself which didn't look like any of those in the pictures but overall didn't bother us with its look

I had a reservation for 3 people single room. But when we were there they gave me a room with 2 beds it was not comfortable because when you can do the check in it information isn't clear. If you leave the bags before your check in you have to pay for that. They didn't told me about that when we left the Bags. The bathroom's key is not working properly.

The room very clean and the staff replied on time our messages and calls.

There was only 1 plug-in for charging, and that meant 2 people in the room couldn't charge at the same time. This was a problem, especially when we both really needed to charge our phones. It was noisy. Beds squeaking. Someone kept cleaning the beds even when people hadn't checked out, so new guests kept taking other's beds. No lockers to store bags while put. No staff in the early morning to ask questions, give keys for check-out, etc. Bathroom wasn't very clean, etc., slippery floor also.
