Literally in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t have a car, you’re stuck. No restaurants open and no shops close by, the closest very small shop about 1,5 km away. Villa is beautiful on the outside, inside not so much. Also, the kitchen in not well-equiped. no salt, no oil, no wine glasses (in Italy?). Plus, at check-out I was forced to pay about 20 EUR extra for my 4 days stay as some sort of tax – why not add it to the price directly? Also fun fact, they ask you to not to throw toilet paper into the WC, but instead you should throw it in the bin next to it. Doesn’t seem sanitary.

Great and private access to the sea. Beautiful views. Nice pool and quite and safe and well-maintaned garden surrounded by tall walls.

Beaches packed. Litter everywhere and the infrastructure is universally in a state of disrepair. Smoking in restaurants. PAy to park cars everywhere. Get good car insurance as you can almost gaurentee a scratch

it is out of the way, if you have a car perfect, if not don't go there. Road signs, as with all of Sicilly are useless, google maps is spot on. Only a few restaurants near by, fully booked when we were there, so again without a car we would have starved. Villa is nice, although balcony is small and no outdoor space for chairs in our flat. Staff excellent. We did a 3 day stay and for that perfect. Very easy to get into and out of local attrations, so long as you have a car.

Cutting off electricity when going out restricts what we can safely keep in the fridge. Suggest putting the fridge on a separate circuit breaker so it stays on during tenure. The sliding door to the balcony is a little difficult to close properly (and thus enable air con to be operating) and can’t be operated from the balcony.

superb location for relaxing near to the water. Just a few steps to pool and/or sea. addition of canvas cover for balcony brought welcome additional shade on day 2.

The rooms are a little tired and shower head and cubicle not cleaned well.

Fantastic pool that is kept beautifully clean. Views of the coastline are exceptional.

it’s special and quiet. the views are breathtaking. expected very little based on reviews and was very pleasantly surprised. is the property old? ya. but it’s quaint. make sure you bring your own food as there isn’t much near by. perfect getaway place!

The tradeoff is that it is a place that better you have a car or prepared to use uber or taxi if you want to commute to nearby city

No shops nearby, and only a short selection of rather higher class restaurants available within 5-10 min by car. Nothing within walking distance.

The views are splendid. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The private access to a rocky shore with stair into the sea were unique.

everything , except the garden is beautiful and the location , but the rest is worst for 4 stars

rooms below a 4 star, dirty terrace outside and basic level plastic chairs and tables, different from as shown in the picture, we were asked to pay for the towel to go to the beach, but only at the latest at the moment of the bill , you have never seen a 4-star where you pay for the beach towel. Kitchenette, with low-level cookware and to make a coffee (there is no coffee) you have to pay 10 euros and also to use the fridge. hotel is worth a maximum of 3 stars and guests must know that they are going to 3 stars, we are very far from a 4 stars and to be fair it should be checked because the hotel is 4 stars so that there are no deceptions.
