If you have any early flight please ensure you book a taxi before going to bed as the Pisa Mover to the airport does not start running until later in the morning. The hotel were happy to do this.

Breakfast was as always amazing. Location perfect for a quick one night stay. I stayed here for one night at the start of my trip and at the end. Both stays were good.

I know it isn’t the hotels fault, but the area around the tunnel was quite untidy and run down looking. I would not have liked to have been going into the hotel when it was dark. We asked for rooms together if possible. 2 were next door to each other but the other was 2 floors down. Would have liked to have been able to see out the window, but didn’t know if the blinds opened up or not.

The way we had to pay, some sort of payment link wich sometimes feels dodgey. This is not an ordinary way of paying in the netherlands. But all went well and all with all a nuiance.

Near central station. Near city center. The room was good, simple but exactly we were hoped for and expected. The breakfast was the real crown, a lot of choice and good coffee. The staff was very helpfull, showed us the best route and we could check in earlier.

The area around the entry seems kind of sketchy, but soldier on! We have never been hassled by anyone here.

We have stayed here six times, so that says something right there! This hotel is right off the main square by the train station in Pizza. It is reached easily on foot, but also convenient to the airport and by car. A couple from England we spoke to were using the hotel as a base for visiting many other locations in Tuscany (a great idea)! Don't expect great or good views, but you will get great service (top of the charts), a very popular breakfast, and extremely generously sized and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the tower and many great restaurants. Highly recommend.

The problem of cold shower water needs to be solved.

The location is very good, in the central part of the city, all sights are within walking distance. The rooms are clean and well maintained but there is a problem with the cold water in the shower and because of that the bathroom could not be used very well. The staff is extremely kind and responsive. The breakfast is wonderful and very tasty. It is also suitable for families with small children and pets. It was a pleasure to be a guest of this hotel. I would recommend it to other people.

The hotel has seen better days, the fittings are worn down and all harkens back to a former glory. It would be great to see this property renovated as the rooms are generous and very clean.

The room was a lot bigger than expected if outdated. The bathroom was newer and everything was very clean. It was a very easy close walk from the train station, which was good as I arrived late. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a very good variety.

Very hot in rooms and air conditioning didn't seem to work!

Close to station so was perfect for an overnight stay before travelling onwards.

In our room the air con unit was under the window rather that more usual high up the wall. So it blew onto the bed. We kept it on while we were out but had it switched off at night.

The bathroom was a bit grotty and could do with some TLC. It had a shower head but no where to attach it and no shower curtain. The toilet cistern made constant noises that was hard to block out even with the bathroom door closed. The air conditioning would suddenly start making very loud noises but we managed without it.

Location for the Airport/Train station is great. Also not far from the main part of the city, a bit further from the Tower but walkable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a lovely reception area. Bed was comfortable with spare pillows and tea/coffee provided. Wifi was good and they were able to look after our bags after check-out.

The shower was tiny and uncomfortable and could barely move inside it. The room could can use an upgrade. The TV was the size of a computer monitor and the air conditioner did not work.

The breakfast breakfast buffet was great! The king bed was a plus as well. The location was perfect, right across from train station and short ride to airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
