We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff, the room, the food at the hotel restaurant, the breakfast, the outdoor area and pool: from day one till departure we were treated like VIPs and enjoyed every single minute of our stay. We received great advices to visit/eat around. Every single employee always with a smile on their face. We can't wait to go back there in the future and highly recommend !

GermanyThe rooms were a little dark, the bathroom had a small window but was kind of dark too. There was mold in the shower. Lotion in the bathroom would have been nice
Very friendly and attentive staff, clean (very friendly cleaning lady), breakfast was good (compared to the usual Italian breakfast we have seen), the pool was nice, enough parking slots available, quiet and relaxing, a 10min-walk to the city center, the restaurant was good

United KingdomA Small Luxury Hotel on beautiful lake Iseo. The service was just excellent. Orietta and her team were attentive and extremely professional and made us feel very looked after, including our small sausage dog. The hotel and rooms were absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The property also benefits from an outdoor swimming pool which is hard to find in this area. The breakfast was divine and restaurant onsite is highly recommended for a fine dining experience. Strongly recommended & cannot wait to be back.

United KingdomBedroom and bathroom are very nicely appointed but very small. Having a shower you keep banging into the taps and door and I am quite small! I think in an hotel of this quality, I don’t expect shower gel and shampoo bottles attached to the wall so difficult to use.
The staff were all excellent. Breakfast was extremely good. Good location - a short walk to the little town. Beautifully quiet.I appreciated the bike room availability.

The place is amazing. First of all it's situated bit up the hill and the view is increadible on the lake and the mountains. The girls on the reception are super welcoming and nice and helpful. We've took the bikes right there, so convenient! The hotel itself is modern, well designed, I personally love the colour combination. So cozy. We've also took an advantage of spa- the massage. It was probably the best massage I've had in many many years! The masseuse is just great! I truly regret I took only 30 mins. The room was cozy with no balcony but with a lake view. Super comfortable bed and soft pillows. To conclude we had a wonderful stay and this is a place that you want to come back to. Thank you!

ItalyI must emphasize that the sound isolation, particularly with the doors, was a significant issue. I could hear every word from our neighbors and the thunderous sound of doors closing made it hard to relax. Thankfully, our neighbors were quiet during the night, but it could have been a nightmare otherwise.
Our stay at this hotel was enjoyable overall. The property is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the staff were excellent.

A great hotel with excellent staff and a high quality restaurant and great chef... BUT, before you book, if it is summer ask them if the AIRCONDITIONING IS FIXED. It was extremely noisy. It was summer so we had two options, turn off the AC and be very hot, or have it on and not get enough sleep due to the noise. I hope it's fixed by now because everything else is excellent.
