The location. It is a little bit far from the main road SR222 but you are in a very beautiful countryside with nice view. There was not a walk-in shower, just bathtub with shower so be careful.

Loved everything about this property, the size of the room and the size of the bed, the nice Tuscany style everywhere, beautiful view from the houses and nice garden. Didn't try the swimming pool but it seems very nice. The breakfast was very good and the staff amazing.

I was disappointed they don’t offer wine tasting at the location and all wine tasting also closes at 5 that I was not aware of they also don’t have restaurant so we had to eat some cheese plate that they offered with cookies for diner. They offered some wine tasting options for the next day, we ended up going and overall was really nice.

The rooms were beautiful and the location itself was gorgeous! The pool was also amazing.

The resort doen't have a restaurant. Maybe that's the only downside from a very refined experience.

Breakfast had a fair selection of choices. The location is well positioned within the countryside and the swimming pool is a must during the hot summer days.

Be aware that the road can be a bit dirty or bumpy, but with a normal car it's not a huge deal.

There is so much to like about this place - beautiful views, swimming pool, great breakfast, lovely and kind staff, rose garden. Recommended!

The location was beautifully set in the vineyards with a view all around. The road was dirt but very good and just off the main road. It was located close to town, restaurants, vineyards, and shopping. The staff were fantastic! So very nice and always willing to assist. Breakfast was not a normal muffin and toast scenario - it was eggs, bacon, bread, muffins, cheese, etc... amazing.

Everything was so good. The house is old but renovated, rooms are decorated and furnished in 19th century style with some modern amenities like air-conditioning and bath. The gardens around are beautiful full of flowers and organized as small secluded spaces, the parking and pool are inside an olive tree orchard and the view is gorgeous. Beds are huge with high quality linen and very beautiful blankets. They do not have a restaurant there but we had the luck that a bigger group was having a special last night dinner so we were able to dine there under the vines enjoying the sunset. We'd love to return there again. The resort is located deeply in the hills and to reach it one has to drive 2-3 km on a non asphalted road. It is easy macadam and is charming and gives a sense of adventure which we liked too.

Beautiful place, lovely decorated, spacious, great location and surroundings, the garden was great. 10 minutes drive from town center, very nice stuff . Really enjoyed our stay!! Will come again in the summer when the pool is open 😁

I believe that a staff member should inform whoever is booking that there is a long way through the mountain to reach the location. This can help the person booking make sure they have the right mean of transportation.

The staff were welcoming and hospitable. The room and facilities were comfortable. Being in the middle of nature is simply breathtaking and stressfree.

The property is very remote - we chose it to be that way anyway, so I guess we cannot really complain about it. Haha! If you want to be away from the busy cities of Italy and just relax, this is the place to go. Just a comment though, the pool was really cold even when the temperature when we visited was around 28C at daytime! Hahaha. We never got to take a dip. Or, I actually did but, I went out 10 minutes after. Haha!

What we liked the most is the staff! Jamiller and her husband were the most helpful people we ever encountered in the WHOLE of Italy!! The accommodation is very far from the nearest bus stop so we had to ask the staff to take us to the bus stop or nearest grocery from time to time. Yes, best to go by car. We initially arranged to get international driving permits but it didn't arrive in time so we had to take public transport all the time. Anything we needed, they were sooo easy to talk to, it felt like home there. The accommodations were pretty and comfortable. The views are also nice. The food cooked by chef Sergio was also good.

Our amazing experience at La Veronika started in the road that takes us to the hotel that was a real Tuscan style , surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and a scenery landscape. We had a warm reception from the host Jamiller that made us feel at home ! She made everything to make us feel comfortable! She prepared a delicious and unforgettable breakfast ! We were delighted by a very special yearly event “ Expo Chianti “ that happens in Greve Chianti , which was very close to the resort ! I definitely recommend La Veronika for who is searching for a good location at the heart of Chianti Classico and desires to feel at home and the same time have a real Tuscany experience . ( We miss Jamilller already !

Stunning property in the beautiful Tuscan hills! Very well maintained historic building with modern touches and finishes! The rooms were very clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! The pool was clean and lovely to relax at. Not heated but really refreshing when cooling off from the heat. Staff were fantastic!

To have evening meals there too, as you can go into the next town only by car on a very bumpy road.

Picturesque surroundings, you feel like spending your days in a renaissance castello. The beautiful hills, olive and vine yards and the smell of rosemary in peaceful silence around you. Superb breakfast what you can eat in the garden. The staff there treated us like family.
