Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomPoor lighting options in the bathroom ( as there was no natural light either for shaving and putting on make up ) , very noisey bathroom fan , bedroom lighting was lacking too as again dark room , lack of wardrobe space and draws for clothes no where to hang coats . Hotel was nice just some things need changing in the rooms .

United StatesHotel itself is good, highly functional. The location is an excellent compromise for seeing main sights, but is not itself really in a neighborhood, nor very near good restaurants, and it's not a pretty location like Trastevere.

MozambiqueSmall room and tiny bathroom. Access to the hotel from the main street is a bit creepy. However, throughout our stay we found it to be quite safe.
Perfect location and comfortable. Less than 10 minutes from Vatican and Trastevere. All the other tourist attractions are within walking distance. The bus stops for the different city sights are very close to the hotel.

United StatesThe miscommunication on early check-in. I was under the impression that would be possible, but arrived learning it wasn’t. However, with in 30mim they were able to accommodate us which was wonderful.
The property was close to the Vatican which was nice, and one could easily find themselves in a quiet place of the city just a few blocks. Loved staying on the top floor facing the river, beautiful view.

Great location on the edge of Trestevere. Near the Vatican. We walked everywhere (all the sights) from the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern comfortable room. Excellent shower and bathroom.

United KingdomThe area you store your luggage when checking out is not secure, the door is not locked. I appreciate there is always someone on the reception desk, however I didn’t feel particularly comfortable leaving my belongings there. They put pressure on you to pay the tourist tax in cash, we were unable to take cash out as only had a credit card.

Breakfast was good. As far as the location. Its close to the Vatican, old Rome and trestavare which is good. Also an easy area to catch a bus or taxi. Really liked the staff. They were so nice and helpful.

Perfect location close to the Vatican! Got there directly from the airport by bus and then it’s just a 15 minutes walk! Felt very safe there, the room was very nice! Very friendly and helpful staff! Coffee and tea on the room is a plus! Very comfortable bed! Nice shower!
