The area you store your luggage when checking out is not secure, the door is not locked. I appreciate there is always someone on the reception desk, however I didn’t feel particularly comfortable leaving my belongings there. They put pressure on you to pay the tourist tax in cash, we were unable to take cash out as only had a credit card.

Located close to nice restaurants, the size of the room was perfect. It was also nice and quiet. Michael Angelo at reception was amazing. He gave us a map and was kind enough to highlight everything we needed to know about the town/area (shopping, food, places to avoid at night). Would love to come back again someday 😎

The area where the hotel is located is pretty rough. Not very appealing. Once your inside the hotel though, its really nice.

Breakfast was good. As far as the location. Its close to the Vatican, old Rome and trestavare which is good. Also an easy area to catch a bus or taxi. Really liked the staff. They were so nice and helpful.

In the morning I could hear other guests who were loud in the floor - would recommend Oropax! But during the night it was very quiet!

Perfect location close to the Vatican! Got there directly from the airport by bus and then it’s just a 15 minutes walk! Felt very safe there, the room was very nice! Very friendly and helpful staff! Coffee and tea on the room is a plus! Very comfortable bed! Nice shower!

Bar was a bit of a let down. First night ran out of Vodka didn't have any in for the other two nights either. There was a few shops nearby they could easily have restocked. Second night ran out of tonic.

Hotel was lovely, service from the small team was great. Room was lovely, but didn't have windows. We didn't need them, we spent very little time in our room. Little touches like apples, pastries, lollies and sweets complimentary. Good position for sight seeing. 10 minutes from St Peters Square, cross the bridge for lots of breakfast options and easy walking to lots of piazzas and monuments.

We needed to walk to the restaurants in the neighbourhood. It's just around 15 minutes by walking. The way to the restaurant district was very dark because street lightning didn't work. But it was not hotel's problem :) If you want to eat the most lively district in the neighbourhood you need to walk a little bit. It's not a problem if you like to walk just like us.

Breakfast was very rich and staff was very nice. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. Because it was our first stay at the hotel they let us to stay in a room with a big balcony. The room was clean and very quiet. Sleeping was very comfortable.

Good size, as have stayed in Rome before and rooms were really small, loved the terrace too! good bathroom and comfy beds, what more can you ask for!

I had a room with small covered terrace (which is a plus for summer months) but as I was there during November, I had practically no light in the room.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel is near Vatican City and within walking distance to the main monuments.

Bathroom fittings and decor outdated. No hangers next to shower for towels. Limited toiletries. Little to no natural light in room. Often smell of mould.

Room quite small, not enough light in the bathroom at night. Applying make-up etc would be difficult here.

Very nice location close to the Vatican, Trastevere and within a 15-20 min walk of many big sights. Farely quiet at night. Clean room.
