Confusing entry. Uneven pavement

Breakfast was varied and plentful. Hotel was in a convenient location for restaurants, shopping, and artistic/historical sites.

Despite all the pamphlets in reception some information as to the various museums, concerts, special events would have been helpful. It can be quite difficult to find clear information concerning buses serving the airport, cab firms etc. Checking online is not much help.

Breakfast was very good. A choice of bread, cakes, cerials and fresh fruit. The scrambled egg was especially good. The hotel is very well located in the historical centre, at one end of the main pedestrian street leading to the cathedral and main museum.

It's hotel where everything looks stale, almost decrepit: the room, the bathroom, the restaurant for the breakfast. In the evening there was no hot water, at best it was warm, probably the installation is too small for the number of people that stays there. The receptionists were not very friendly, they answered my questions like I had disturbed them. I once asked someone how early should be in the airport before the flight and he answered back saying he doesn't work for the airport.

The location was excellent. It was a decent stay, not too expensive, not too cheap either.

Lovely hotel with a cool interior style in a great location. I loved the black-and-white pattern tiles in my bathroom and the cute balcony. The staff was very friendly and there is a restaurant on site. Also just a few metres down the road from the best gelato-place in town.

Male toilets right hand cubicle under wash hand basin floor not clean. Haphazard approach to gluten intolerance.(a Marie Antoinette approach, no gluten free bread on Sunday or Monday, I.e. "let them have cake". ) Biscuits provided instead, but that is not the same

I have stayed in the hotel twice, the bathrooms are a bit outdated. A bit healthier options for the breakfast would be nice.

The hotel is super close to all the sights in the historic city Centre! The bed was very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful! I like the historic Charme.

The only small issue was the amount of noise we could hear coming into the room, but that comes with the location and wasn't too much of an issue all told. No kettle in the room - this would have been nice.

The location was fantastic and close to transport links and the main squares. The room was nice although the décor is dated but still comfortable. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom a good size with a nice and powerful shower. Breakfast was lovely. A nice mix of cereals, pastries, fruits, and yoghurts.

Some complimentary water each day would have been nice. Whilst desirable for some, we found the bed and pillows a little on the firm side.

It was a little difficult to get to the room with a large suitcase. There is an elevator, but some steps to get up before getting to the elevator.
