There was nothing that I did not like about the property. I will surely return.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. It was filled with blooming flowers and lush greenery. The nearby church bells filling the air added to the ambiance of the location. There was plenty of seating outside to enjoy the beautiful view.

The grounds are beautiful!! The views are exceptional! The breakfast was fantastic!! This is the perfect Tuscan location for day trips to various points of interest. The owners were very helpful in answering questions, and even booked a local wine tasting and tour for us. We hope to return to La Piana one day.

The breakfast was great, but it wasn't really clear that it was an additional charge (though I could have asked.) Usually a b&b implies breakfast is included.

Beautiful building and grounds, lovely owner, big room, beautiful setting. A bit overpriced relative to some of our other stays, but the setting and facilities were so beautiful we didn't mind.

The only thing is there was no restaurant onsite available for lunch and dinner the nights we were there. My advice is to only go here if you have a car. We're traveling by train this trip. So we were a little bit stranded. Not their fault. It was ours for not realizing it. It is in the country after all.

Our host picked us up from the train station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. Breakfast was great and the property is just gorgeous. Very helpful. 2

Only issue we had was no access to A/C but it wasn’t that hot this time of year. A fan to sleep would have been appreciated.

A bit isolated and lack of restuarant means you have to drive for dinner along narrow roads in the dark unless you go to the local which is very good.

The place had so much charm yet it was very modern with lots of interesting conveniences. We loved the terrace and its privacy as well as the views of the open, green spaces. The pool and the breakfast option were nice extras.

Beautiful accommodation set in a stunning location with picturesque views. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean with beautiful views. Very good facilities and amazing pool, again with amazing views. Service was beyond our expectation, Luciano is a great host and exceeded good service and even went the extra mile and offered us a lift to the train station when it was time to leave. Prices of optional extras, such as food, cocktails and mini bar were all well priced. Loved every part of this stay/

We got a bit confused by the breakfast ordering. We thought we could share some dishes but that was not the case. Make sure to order the correct number of persons that will eat the dish.

There was nothing not to like, but if you are looking for a "touristy place" with lots of people and noise and city smells, this may not be the best place for you.

I wish I could rate this higher than the highest ratings, This B&B is heaven on earth! The hosts are wonderful, the views are spectacular, and our last meal on Friday was Cena Toscana, "A taste of Tuscany" - a magnificent 6-course meal that was the best we had in Italy! We loved the people, the atmosphere, the food, the blend of roses, and other wonderful scents of flowers, fruits and other flora, walking around the olive trees and into the small village on the top of the hill. The castle was built in the 1200s, 1000 stars for the charm and hospitality. There are only 8 rooms in the B&B so everyone gets 1st class treatment. We are already anticipating our next trip back.
